Parking at Ocean Way Car Park

Follow the directions to the car park provided on your email confirmation or enter the address in a sat nav. Around an hour before you're due to arrive, give the taxi company a call on 02380 55 55 55 so they can arrange your taxi transfer to the port.

When you arrive to the car park simply drive up to the entry barrier, this car park uses ANPR technology so will recognise your car registration plate and let you straight in.

From there just find a free parking space, keep your car keys and head over to meet your taxi at the pick up and drop off zone at the front of the car park. Your taxi takes between 6 and 10 minutes, depending on your terminal. Your taxi transfer for up to 3 people and 2 suitcases is all included. If you need a bigger taxi, you'll need to pay the difference which starts from £20.

Returning to the car park

An hour before you're ready to disembark, give the taxi company a call on 02380 55 55 55 so they can arrange for your taxi to pick you up.

Accessibility

This car park has accessible parking bays- you will need to display your Blue Badge while you're away. There is also a lift which will give you access to every floor.

Electrical vehicle charging

There are Type 2 and Tesla charging points available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll need to download the Monta app first to use them.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 45 minutes. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m)

This car parking package is only suitable for those departing from a different terminal. If you are embarking from Ocean Terminal please select the relevant option in the booking engine, this will not include the price of the taxi as it's only around a 10 minute walk to Ocean.
