Arrival at Southampton Port Ocean Way Car Park

When you arrive to the car park simply drive up to the entry barrier, this car park uses ANPR technology so will recognise your car registration plate and let you straight in.

From there just find a free parking space, keep your car keys and head to the terminal.

Embarking from a different terminal?

If you're leaving from the Mayflower, City or QE2 terminals we offer a great Ocean Way parking option with a taxi to an alternative terminal included. Parking instructions are all the same- around an hour before you're due to arrive just give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way so they can arrange your taxi for you.

Returning to the car park

Once you've disembarked, walk back to the car park where your car will be where you left it, and drive home.

If you have booked the 'all terminals' package from a different terminal you'll need to call to arrange your return taxi around an hour before you're due to disembark.

Accessibility

This car park has accessible parking bays- you will need to display your Blue Badge while you're away. There is also a lift which will give you access to every floor.

Electrical vehicle charging

There are Type 2 and Tesla charging points available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll need to download the Monta app first to use them.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 45 minutes. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m)

This car park is for Ocean Terminal customers only - if you are embarking from a different terminal please select the 'all terminals' option in the booking engine, this will include a taxi to your terminal.
