Covid-secure Measures at the Premier Inn Hotel

To help keep guests and staff safe, the hotel has launched a Premier Inn CleanProtect Promise which includes:

  • Minimising contact at reception with protective screens.
  • Keeping social distancing measures in place and auto-dispense hand sanitiser is available in public areas.
  • More frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, such as check-in kiosks, lift controls, door handles and handrails with Diversey-approved disinfectants to the European standard of EN14476, effective against Coronavirus.
  • Paying special attention to air conditioning and heating controls, TV remotes, door handles and desks in our bedrooms.
  • Laundering all linen and towels at over 60°C to thermally disinfect at high temperatures. The extra pillows have been removed from the room but will happily be provide on request.
  • Introduced signs and one-way routes, moved tables to create extra space, and installed protective screens to keep everyone safe.
  • Enhanced cleaning practices are in place throughout the restaurant and every table is cleaned between visits.
  • Paper menus are replaced after each use and contactless payment is in place.
