Terms & Conditions:

This guarantee applies to Theatre Packages which have been booked between the 9th - 16th of October and 2nd - 9th of November 2023 for stay dates up until the 31st of December 2023.
You must request changes to your Theatre Package at least 3 days before the check-in date (before 12 noon).

Changes to your booking can include amending the number of guests, changing the show, accommodation, or amending your travel dates. When amending your package any price difference will be payable at the time of the amendment. We do not charge any amendment fees.
If you're amending a stay date after the 31st of December, your package will be non-flexible. You must request changes to your Theatre Package at least 3 days before the check-in date (before 12 noon)
Cancellations will apply to the whole package and individual elements cannot be cancelled.
If you choose to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method attached to your booking. Refunds take between 10 - 14 working days to appear back within the account.

This guarantee does not apply to bookings made within 3 days of the arrival date.
We may offer promotions which include non-flexible products, these will be clearly outlined upon booking and our flexible guarantee does not apply to these promotions.

To request changes or cancellations, please contact our customer experience team. Changes or cancellations can only be made by the lead name on the booking.
