£10k Getaway terms and conditions

General
  • The promoter of the £10k Holidays Promotion ("promotion" or "the promotion") is Holiday Extras Cover Ltd, The Wave, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF, registered in England and Wales No. 05058680.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • No cash alternative to the promotion will be offered. The promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the offer with another of equivalent value without notice.
  • The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence about the promotion will be entered into.
  • By entering the promotion you agree that in the event you win the promotion and accept a prize your name will be published on the Holiday Extras websites and used by Holiday Extras for promotional purposes.
  • By entering this promotion you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entrants
  • Each entrant must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands to participate in the promotion.
  • The following are not eligible to participate: (a) employees and immediate family members of employees of the promoter; (b) any company responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors; (c) other persons assisting with this promotion; (d) any person not being an individual person; (e) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert; (f) any person entering via an agent, or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions, and (g) any person using any application or process to submit an entry on that person's behalf automatically or by proxy.
  • Automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Duration
  • The promotion is scheduled to take place between 12:00:00 on 12th August 2024 and 23:59:59 on 30th September 2024 (inclusive) on the Holiday Extras website and app.
How to enter
  • The promotion is open to customers of Holiday Extras who have purchased any annual travel insurance policy marketed by the promoter during the period of the promotion, either via the Holidayextras.com website, the Holiday Extras app or the Holiday Extras call centre.
  • The Prize will be made available within 3 months of notification that you have won a prize. In the event that the product(s) you booked with us is cancelled, in whole or in part, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.
  • The registrant will be required to accept the terms and conditions of use of the Holiday Extras app and be aware that the registrant's data will be held and managed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy. It is the registrant's responsibility to obtain permission in advance from the person who owns or pays for the device and internet service.
Prizes

The following prize is available to eligible entrants to the promotion.

Prize draw

There is one prize of a £10k Holiday voucher, and that will be awarded to one entrant to the promotion via a prize draw.

Winners
  • Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entrants by the promoter in the presence of an independent witness.
  • The promoter will make reasonable efforts to choose winners of the promotion during the week commencing September 30 2024.
  • The promoter will make reasonable efforts to inform winners of the promotion during the week commencing September 30 2024.
  • Winners will be informed via email.
  • If a winner does not respond to a winning notification within 7 days of the winning notification being sent, the prize will be offered to a runner-up chosen using the same process.
  • If the runner up does not respond or is unable to accept the prize the offer will be deemed null and void and that prize withdrawn or offered on another competition at the sole and absolute discretion of the promoter.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibilities for entries, winning notifications or any other communications that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
  • An anonymised list of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the registered address of the promoter (above) no later than 31 October 2024.
