Sit Back, We’ve Got This

Once your claim has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation with your claim number. Keep this safe, as it’ll be useful if you need to follow up with us.

Our claims team will carefully review your form and aim to respond within 35 working days, either with an update or a request for any additional information we may need. We'll get in touch via email or post, depending on how you submitted your claim and the contact details you’ve provided.
