How Do Our Shuttle Transfers Work?We know that after a long flight, the last thing you want to be doing is hanging around waiting for your shuttle, so we've made the process as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- When you arrive at the airport, head through to the arrivals hall, where your representative will be waiting to show you to your shuttle.
- There may be a wait of up to 50 minutes at the airport for everyone to arrive, and then you're off!
- Your shuttle will then make its way to your resort, making a limited amount of stops on the way to drop off other passengers.
Pre booking your transfers is a great idea, because it saves you so much hassle at the airport. Your shuttle will be waiting for you when you land, so you won't have to hang around waiting in taxi queues at the terminal, you'll be dropped off at your accommodation, and everything is paid for up front, so there are absolutely no surprise costs.
Is there a luggage allowance?Yes. Each vehicle has enough room for one suitcase per person. If you've got little explorers with you and would like them to have a child seat, make sure you bring one with you, as our transfers do not have them as standard.
What Happens if my Flight is Delayed?Delays are one of the lesser joys of travelling, but if it happens to you, don't worry. Simply call the number on your confirmation and let your provider know what's happening. They'll make sure that someone is waiting for you when you arrive.
How Many Stops Will There Be?That depends on where you're staying, but on our regular shuttles, there will be a limit so you won't be endlessly travelling the scenic route. We also offer a speedy shuttle service that makes less stops if you're keen to get to your hotel. There may also be a wait of up to 50 minutes for all the passengers to arrive at the airport.
