Theatre and Ticket Information
How do I get my theatre tickets?
You'll be sent an email with your e-ticket directly from our ticketing partner when you book. You can either print off your ticket and take it with you or show it on your phone at the theatre.
What is the nearest underground station to the show?
This depends on which show or play you're seeing. To get the most accurate and up-to-date info, it's best to visit the show's website. They'll have all the details you need to know.
Are the theatres and hotels accessible?
Depending on the accessible requirements you need we can find the hotel that suits you. London theatres have different accessibility options depending on the show and date you choose.
Just get in touch with us, and we'll confirm the accessibility options for your specific theatre break & hotel. We are unable to sell assisted performance tickets for London shows; you will need to get those directly from the theatre.
Where does Holiday Extras get theatre tickets from?
All our theatre tickets are purchased through the London-based ticketing agent Encore Tickets. Encore helps us get the top tickets to the best shows and are fully registered and compliant with the Society of Ticket Agents & Retailers (STAR).
