The pick ups went very well and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up was also on time. The only minor issue was having to cue at the TLT desk at Rhodes airport, which was quite long. We had to wait with people wanting to book various services. It might have been better to have a separate cue for people who already had existing bookings as we then had a further short wait for the taxi. This incurred an extra 30 mins delay. But it was very reasonably priced, we were kept informed at every stage, and we were overall happy we used Holiday Extras.

Everything went smoothly. We didn't really have to wait at the airport, it was literally a couple of minutes. The driver was early on the hotel pick up too, so very happy. The only improvement would be to update the meeting point instructions at Rhodes airport. Think it was not quite right as it said to go to Gate 4 but this was incorrect. The desk was literally on the right after coming out of arrivals.
