On Arrival our driver was waiting for us he was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the island (Rhodes) and even stopped to pick up water for us for the journey to our hotel.

Our flight was delayed. I rang your office in the UK and advised them. They told me they'd let your Rhodes dept know. Yet when we finally arrived at Rhodes airport there was no one there to take us to our Hotel. We had to wait 40 minutes for someone to take us. Not happy about that.

Arrival transfer was great, but the return had me stressed on my last day, I had to ring to confirm my time as I hadn't had confirmation of my original time, was told there had been an error so would be picked up 2 and a half hours earlier. I refused that time as I would have been at the airport 5 hours before my flight, they said they would try to rearrange and they would call me, I called them 2 more times before they finally said they had rearranged it. At no time did they try and call me even though they said they would

The airport transfers were excellent with the drivers taking account of delays. The return transfer was a top of the range Mercedes carrier which really impressed the grandchildren. The drivers were polite, courteous and very helpful. Whilst the initial transfer was, shall we say, rapid [all the minibus drivers drive fast on Rhodes]! The drivers taste in music was considered excellent by my wife. Would highly recommend.

The transfer company in Rhodes were excellent and really helpful. The only issue we had had was we needed to change the pick up location as our apartment wasn’t accessible by road. We tried to do this via the Holiday Extra link sent with the automated help feature. This wasn’t helpful and very frustrating. We gave up and contacted directly to the Rhodes transfer company who were so helpful and sorted our issue.

Driver on the return trip l, from TNT was rude, hinted for a tip which I understood was included in the overall price, and when we thanked him he ignored us and gave us a dirty look as we had not been able to tip ( had no cash as was under impression tip included). We had paid for executive transfer and was a sour end to the holiday.

I was disappointed with the information for the return journey. I didn’t receive this as promised 24 hours prior to our departure and had to make 2 phone calls to ascertain the time the night before. I was also told that they didn’t have my email address which I had to give them on the evening prior to our flight. This was also a concern. We haven’t had any bother with TLT in the past but this time the transfer was arranged by Hoppa.

Booked and confirmed pick up and transfer from airport to villa. Travelling at 9 pm with group of 11 in mini bus. 2 children and 2 elderly in group.
Despite receiving confirmation that all was booked. No driver or mini bus was ready. Had to queue for 25 minutes, watching others being met by driver with name cards. Then local company did not know villa location and were going to take us to wrong town. Had to show location on own mobile satellite.
Driver was great and return journey no problems.

The pick ups went very well and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up was also on time. The only minor issue was having to cue at the TLT desk at Rhodes airport, which was quite long. We had to wait with people wanting to book various services. It might have been better to have a separate cue for people who already had existing bookings as we then had a further short wait for the taxi. This incurred an extra 30 mins delay. But it was very reasonably priced, we were kept informed at every stage, and we were overall happy we used Holiday Extras.

Everything went smoothly. We didn’t really have to wait at the airport, it was literally a couple of minutes. The driver was early on the hotel pick up too, so very happy.
The only improvement would be to update the meeting point instructions at Rhodes airport. Think it was not quite right as it said to go to Gate 4 but this was incorrect. The desk was literally on the right after coming out of arrivals.

The vehicles were comfortable and the drivers friendly. However we did have issues with finding our villa due to the change of name by the booking agents. On arrival the driver thought he did not need to look at the directions I offered and on leaving, my email showing the name and map was overlooked and the hoppa bot would respond only to set questions so that we had to use the emergency phone number to direct the driver. Luckily our flight was delayed which gave us extra time to reach the airport.

Excellent efficient service although the car that took us from the airport to the hotel was a bit of a squeeze for four adults and the boot had to be secured with rope as it couldn’t shut with our four cases. A mini bus collected us for the return journey which made it more comfortable. Both drivers were very polite.

Both taxis on time, clean and the drivers were polite.
However on the return transfer, the driver drove well over the speed limit of 80kph, exceeding 100kph for long periods. He also went through a junction on a dual carriageway when all the traffic lights were red, almost hitting a car joining the carriageway who had a green light.

Everything went well on the transfer to our hotel but the driver on our return journey from Lindos Sun to Rhodes airport was very rude and unpleasant. He did not drive into our hotel but parked across the road which was a very busy main road with cars driving very fast. Luckily we spotted him , we then had to carry our suitcases down the path from hotel and cross the busy road which was very dangerous. He just stood outside the transfer bus pointing at his watch. I told him our transfer was from the Lindos Sun which he replied yes . I told him he should have driven into the Lindos Sun and not across the road as he put us in a dangerous situation. He was very rude!!!

I bought 7x Fast Track for our outward and was told they were for the return journey so couldn't use them - £35 lost!
Our transfer operator had no infant seat both ways even though we can stipulated that we had an infant.
The return transfer hotel to airport was 20 minutes early and totally caught us out
