Our drivers, both ways, were a couple of minutes late. They both used WhatsApp to try contact me. My WhatsApp settings don't allow unknown callers. Maybe just a point to highlight for people to check their settings in future to prevent a similar confusion. No issues with the service otherwise.

Struggled to find the driver, but called him and he told us where he was so no problem there. Thought he would come into the airport with a sign, but appreciate it was very busy and its possible we might not have seen him. He was very friendly, professional, spoke excellent English. He was more than happy to drop off one of the party on the way to the final destination. Car was immaculate. Would definitely book again.

We had private transfers to and from the airport. Both drivers were excellent in every respect. My husband is disabled and they showed patience and helped us in every way. I cannot fault the service. Maybe not always the cheapest, but you definitely get a quality, reliable service. We have used Holiday Extras many times without issue.

My driver was waiting for me at the airport and although the road leading to my hotel was closed, he drove as near as possible. On the return journey the driver did the same. Only thing to mention was I was asked for a feedback which included my return trip whilst I was still on holiday!

Our airport pick up was waiting for us exactly as planned, he had water and sweets for us in the car , the water being very welcome. He was a very careful driver and even apologised for the potholes! Our pick up from our accommodation was a few minutes early, again as planned, and we arrived at the airport comfortably and in plenty of time. An excellent service.

We found it difficult to find anyone to instruct us as to where we should go to find the transfer vehicle. Having booked our transfers via the Jet2 app and our booked tickets having the Jet2 logo on our tickets we were walking back and forth asking Jet2 representatives where we should find the transport vehicle. They could not find our name's on their list. Eventually we found our name on a different company's list. They had only just arrived . Totally confusing.

The driver was friendly, the pick up and drop off was smooth and easy, The only issue was that it was already a very early pick up time- which we understood was necessary to accommodate other pick ups, but the driver turned up 30mins earlier than booked and I received a phone call to tell me I had to get to the pick up point immediately. This then caused a rush and a panic.

The arrangements went well. I felt anxious that the transfer pick up was the same as our flight arrival time. However it did work well and the drivers and vehicles were excellent. The next time around I would investigate an Uber pick up. The reason being it looked to be £30 cheaper. Every little helps!

The driver was an exceptionally lovely lady. The flight was an hour and a half late however this was not a problem. Malaga airport is a nightmare for private transfers. This is the 3rd occasion with different companies that I have had had issues. When you give your name it is taken off the board, We waited 40 minutes then the agent said they could not contact the driver. I phone Travel Extras emergency number and after holding the line for 14 minutes whilst your agent contacted Malaga the driver miraculously appeared. No issues with Holidays Extras but Malaga airport agents are a disgrace and totally unhelpful.

The only problem was that the car was a little late but that was due to the volume of traffic getting into the airport, the driver that picked us up was smartly dressed and very cheerful , fantastic guy. Everything was great but it was a little bit confusing when trying to locate the contact at the airport. It was a little hectic at the time. The transfer desk was not well signposted and after searching around the area for awhile.i approched a very busy man who seemed to be dealing with multiple carriers and he was the right man but the setup was not very clear to me. A good signpost would have helped.

The outward journey took far took long. The woman at the airport told us Tom wait outside opposite a coffee bar and she would come and get us, after an hour still no sign, I went into the airport three times but wasn’t greeted well, the bus Will come” was all I kept getting told, however it took three hours before we reached out apartments. I have used holiday extras before but this trip was not the private transfer experience that I would have expected. Normal taxi on arrival, driver was nice and pleasant. Return journey not so good, driver messaged after midnight to ask if he could pick up half hour before stated time. He was at the wrong hotel and had to be given the name again of the said hotel. At airport he asked for the payment which I said was paid in full at the beginning of booking. Two vulnerable ladies on their own made it very intimidating especially with the language barrier between us. I have put this down as a one off experience and hope it was just someone trying their luck at getting some more cash.

I use the service regularly, but the driver behaviour on this occasion was below expectation. Wasn't waiting in the right place for my pick up. Didn't know the route. Our flight arrived early, and so I spoke to the agent who was at the appointed meeting point.He immediately contacted our driver who arrived within 10 minutes.When he arrived he was immaculate in a suit and tie.He was very courteous and polite,he was also also friendly and helpful with our luggage.The actual car was a delight,and a credit to the driver. No problems encountered with parking company, our flight was delayed by 17 hours, we had to pay £35 for extra day parking but we had taken out insurance so claimed it back which was easy enough to do, only thing I would say is probably wouldn’t use the valet service again as didn’t find the wash on the car particularly good, lots of runs and streaks on it, when I complained on live chat they just said oh you should’ve let them know at the time of pick up but as already mentioned we had been delayed by 17 hours so was in no mood to speak to anyone!!

Beautiful cars, good transfer….we were the only ones picked up on our return journey to the airport. Everything went smoothly.
Would be a good idea if the transfer host at the airport had a Holiday Extras sign, so as to identity her clearly, as she wasn’t around when we first arrived. But when we found her, she did have our names on a card…..she was cheery and friendly.

Great experience drivers were lovely and on time, the only thing was I couldn't put the actual place of drop off and pick up when trying to book. It kept coming up with somewhere 3 miles away so maybe it needs looking at.

For our hotel pickup, the driver, Gabriel, messaged to confirm that he was coming at 8am. He was also very friendly and helpful. It’s very reassuring to get messages from the drivers, keeping us informed.

Arrival wasn’t good. There was no one there at the airport to meet us. Had to phone the number on our paperwork. A lady then came to meet us then took us outside and told us to wait. No contact while we waited. She then returned with another passenger and we waited for the driver. The transfer went reasonably well apart from taking a wrong turning just before the hotel. Very pleasant driver who helped with our luggage. The return went a bit better but we were picked up at 7:15am for an 11:55 departure. Had quite a long drive for our 4th pickup into Malaga then onward to the airport. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage. Don’t know if I would use this service again.

All other companies waited in arrivals hall.
we waited in arrivals hall for over 15 minutes looking for our Driver. then we received a nasty phone call from someone saying the driver is waiting for you and all the other passengers are waiting on the bus for you . The driver will not wait as he only waits for 30 minutes.We was told to go to a light beacon outside. when we finally met him and got to the mini bus we found "WE WAS THE FIRST PEOPLE THERE". The company should decide if they meet you either inside the arrivals hall or at the Light Beacon !

It took us nearly an hour to get through passport control and the driver kept in touch with us to let us know he would wait until we got through. Which he didn’t have to do. He was very polite and caring.
The return driver was also very polite and caring he took us straight to the disabled parking so we could just walk straight through to the special assistance desk. I would highly recommend the service for Malaga airport.

Driver was there waiting and delivered us ok. On return he arrive a bit early to collect us but that wasn’t a problem. Took the stress of trying to sort taxis for 5 people at the airport.
My one complaint is that my daughter also used your service the same week staying at the same venue. But noticed on the last day she has missed an error regarding the pick up day for home. She was booked for the day after she was to leave. Impossible getting any help from you guys and could get no response from the taxi company, so ended getting a taxi herself, and your taxi turned up a day later which was a waste of time and effort.

Yes I would book again but only because of Holiday Extras outstanding customer service. Our return transfer didn't arrive, and we couldn't contact ANYONE. Reliable and on time when the plane landed. Driver had trouble fitting our 3 cases in the boot - they are normal sized cases. The car they sent for the return journey was larger and we had no trouble.
Main problem was we knew the Don Pablo has a security gate that is locked in the night. It opens with the room key. At 1am we were left at the security gate by the taxi and had to press buzzers to get in. This took a while and the taxi driver didn’t offer to speak to reception or anything.

We knew we could wait an hour before moving off. We expected to be met straightaway in arrivals.
We shared the taxi with people who landed an hour after us. And this is when the driver arrived. (Nice fellow; good driver.)
So your instructions would be better if you explained this; that the driver may not appear for an hour.
We were concerned we'd been forgotten when actually there was no problem; he was coming all along but his arrival was timed to the last flight he was picking up from.

The pick up was great, had a minibus to ourselves and a very slick transfer. Our return however was not as slick, we were picked up extremily early, arriving at the aitport at 06:10 for a 10:30 flight. We were expecting, as indicated, that we would be greeted with an individual holding our name up. We looked for around 45 minutes and couldn’t see anyone with our name displayed. We then spotted a crowd around a wall, where we noticed there was one person holding court around a dozen or so anxious looking people. It resembled an auction! The wall had approximately 40 bits of paper in 4 columns, with various companies names above them and customer names under. A woman was shouting her name was up and now had been taken down before she could get near the man
“ organising” lifts. Once we got the actual transfer minibus, the driver was nice and the mini bus was clean and comfortable. I think the instructions on where to find the rep at the airport from this company (and the others it was displaying) could have been better explained. It’s a really busy airport, and if you’re told someone will be holding your name, you look for an individual, not for one person with a wall board holding numerous names. I would book again now that I know where to look.

It wasn’t obvious where to go when we came out of airport but eventually a rep found us. There was quite a wait too. Also on way back a small taxi picked us up and there were already two people in the car. The car was too small really although got us to the airport quickly.

We contacted Holiday Extras before departing the UK to change our pick up time for our homeward flight as we were aware of the delays at Malaga airport with both Security and Passport control. We had no response from you. We contacted the company in Spain who agreed to collect us 15 mins earlier but were then ten 10 minutes late. Thankfully our flight had been delayed as we would have missed it due to the queues at Malaga airport. Holiday Extras need to take this in to consideration when arranging transfers for home journeys. We were still in the Q when our gate would have been closing!!There is a serious problem at Malaga airport and 2.5 hours minimum is required for flights home.

Generally everything was great. I’d recommend to Provide instructions to where the reps are at Malaga airport to customers. Yes, there was a sign, but if it pinned to a pillar with tonnes of other names and we totally missed it so was waiting 20 minutes unnecessarily. There was also no need to call the airport 15 mins before arrival at Gatwick with the car…..when you call, it tells you no need for the terminal we were using…..this could have been put on the app and it was an unnecessary phone call.

We didn't see anyone with a name sign as we exited the baggage hall at Malaga Airport and I went back to check. However there was someone waiting outside waiting for us and he assured us there was someone inside.
Anyway he took us straight to his personnel carrier which was very clean and tidy. The driver was excellent and spoke good English and we chatted for the whole journey. We should have shared the transport but the another people had a delayed flight and he wasn't going to waste our time waiting for them. So we had the transport to ourselves.
The return pick up was on time and we had a very clean and tidy car to ourselves. The driver was excellent and once again, very helpful.
I have absolutely no complaints and we were very happy with the cost, efficiency and transport provided.

The only downside was the return pick-up time , when we looked online the only time available was the flight time. The Rep phoned the emergency number for us and within an hour the pick-up time was sent to the mobile. This was the day before we returned home so it caused us some concern. I think we should be informed earlier. Also the pick-up time was a bit too late, as when we got to the airport, the coaches had already arrived, so we were at the back of the queue.

Sadly we didn't get away on holiday due to snow. We texted the transfer company in Spain from the aircraft, firstly about delays and then with the news we wouldn't be getting there and they were very accomodating offering to change the collection time. We didn;t think we would be refunded when the flight was cancelled, which was fair as it wasn't the transfer compnay or Holiday Extra's fault, but without asking we received a refund for the unused return transfer from resort to the airport. I am very impressed. I have used Holiday Extra's for many years for airport parking and transfers and we have never ever been let down or had cause for complaint. This is an absolutely first class service it exceeded my expectations by miles .
The driver was at the airport exactly as described very easy to locate and extremely welcoming . The wait for one other couple was minimal then we were on our way in a beautiful car . A fabulously smooth journey straight to my hotel .
The return journey ( I was the only passenger in the car) was equally as fantastic . I was picked up exactly as described by another very friendly driver in a most beautiful car . A most enjoyable journey really was one of the highlights of the holiday .
I doubt you could improve on what I feel is a most perfect service not to mention fantastic value for money . It is to be sure the perfect way to begin and end a holiday . I have already passed the details of this service onto all my friends who travel .

Outward trip waited on coach for nearly an hour before departing. Although site warns this could happen got impression it always happens.

As my luggage was missing I had to call the number and advise that there would be a delay. The first person thre could not find my booking and gave me another number which whn I called was not a valid number. On calling back I got a helpful representative who was able to contact the driver. The driver was absolutely brilliant, he was patient with me about the lost luggage and helped me as much as he could to report the baggae. He was brilliant as it took a lot longer than eithr of us anticipated. He was very helpful and patient even with a language barrier. Well impressed!

The whole airport transfer experience was fantastic. Our flight thankfully arrived on time and our driver was waiting for us at the airport terminal exit with a sign with our name on it. we were dropped off at our accommodation within 20 minutes. When the time came for the return transfer our car was waiting for us 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Once again we were dropped off at the airport in around 20 minutes, well in time to get through security. It was much less hassle than hiring a car and much quicker to get to our accommodation.

Collection from the airport was good vehicle and driver excellent. A walk to where they were parked they helped with luggage.
On way back I realised that I had the wrong time so I got the hotel reception to ask if I can change it to an hour later, unfortunately they couldn’t but my error and again the driver and vehicle was very good.

When arriving at the airport I had to call to locate the driver, the person on the phone was very helpful. We had to wait about 1hr for another passenger but that was ok and it advises this could be the case when I booked.
On the way back to the airport the driver was on time and there were no additional pick ups.

We booked a private transfer from Malaga airport to our accommodation and then the journey back to the airport 28 days later. We were delayed in the UK for 2 hrs 40 minutes and arrived close to 12 midnight instead of 9 pm so we thought we’d have to hire a taxi. When we got to the arrival gate our driver was waiting for us. What a relief after having problems at our departure airport in the UK. The very smart driver spoke good English and his car was immaculate (he was playing flamenco music in his car, so we really felt we were on holiday)! Similarly on our return the driver taking us to the airport arrived exactly on time, his car was also immaculate, he was very chatty and such a nice man. (Thank you to Bus Directo SL) The only fly in the ointment is that our airline told us (only 24 hours before our departure) by text to be at Malaga airport at least 3 hrs before our flight because of ongoing delays. I rang the Spanish number provided to ask that the collection be put back an hour. The Spanish firm answered within minutes but we had to change our collection by telephoning your uk office and we were in a queue for 45 minutes. You did change the collection time and everything ran smoothly. We’ve used Holiday Extras services before for parking at Heathrow and an overnight hotel stay and we’ve been delighted with the service and will continue to travel with you.

I booked Short stay parking in the red zone at Stanstrad as I wanted to get to car and home quite quickly. On my return the airport had shut off the access to red car park from the building. No notice etc. I had 2 choices 1. walk all the way back down the building and access from the yellow zone or 2. Cross he road squeeze through the hedge and go down a bank. I used option 2. Totally unacceptable shutting access off and not making customers aware

We booked a return taxi from Malaga airport to Nerja. Taxi driver was waiting when we arrived, quick easy trip, good quality car - although driving a little erratic on the "motorway".
Return trip was even better with a luxury level taxi arriving early at our hotel to take us to the airport. Driver was very courteous, took our bags, excellent, safe journey, polite when he dropped us off. Top score.

The Silverzone car park couldn’t check me in, because I was two days late due to illness. Their booking system did not recognise my booking reference. On return from my holiday the staff could not find my car keys which caused considerable delay.
