What are my options for transfers?
Choose a no-frills shared shuttle or opt for convenience and style and be met at the terminal with a limousine! Whatever your preference, we have it. The main types of transfers we offer are:

This is usually our most budget-friendly option and ideal if you have plenty of time.

This is our recommended option to get you from A to B as quickly as possible. You can also upgrade to a private minibus or coach if you're a big group, or to an executive or luxury car, to start your trip off in style.
Private transfers can also be wheelchair adapted - keep a look out for this option when you're booking.

When will my pick-up time be confirmed?
If you've booked a private transfer your pick-up time will be on your booking confirmation. If you've booked a shared shuttle your pick-up time will be sent by text 24 hours before you're due to travel. Make sure you give us the correct mobile number when you book.

Can I book a one-way transfer?
Sure! Just select 'not-returning' when you search.

Are child seats available?
You'll need to take your own car seat with you if you're travelling with children. Make sure you check the local regulations for child seats before you go.
What if I need to go back and make a change?

Our smartest choice is our fully flexible Free Cancellation product. You can cancel up to 3 days before your booked arrival time, you'll be issued a voucher for the full value of the booking so you can re-book any holiday extra (from hotel to parking, from car hire to fast track security) when your plans have been rearranged. If you'd like a cash refund, we can organise one for you within 14 days of the voucher being issued.
Our Saver option is a great choice if you're on a budget. You can still cancel up to 3 days before your booked arrival time and you'll still get a voucher for the full amount. The only difference here, and the reason you'll save some money, is that you can't get a cash refund and the voucher must be used to rebook the same product when you rearrange your trip.
