The service is good but food selection is very limited, not easy to relax as when we booked it was over crowded and the queue for drinks was incredible at least 30 people, that being said if they limit the bookings and supply better food range ( Indian food is not to everyone taste ) then it would be better we might have just booked at the wrong time, the fast track though is exceptional a highly recommended

First time I had used this lounge. ? Another easyjet letdown ? Very restricted with where we could sit as they were taking in people who were not previously booked in. I was looking forward to a nice cosy seat for a few hours after a very stressful journey to the airport. Not a great selection of food to choose from. There was a small 2 seater room with a TV occupied by two young people draped over the chairs asleep, TV off, I would have liked access to the TV. There wasn't easy access to the 'flight' announcement screen. I have spent time in much nicer, better equipped airport lounges. The staff were very polite, helpful & friendly

Only problem was caused by special assistance who left me without a wheelchair and a long way from the toilet! Had to use a chair as a Zimmer frame

Next time you are flying, after you have walked through the cleverly designed duty free area. You notice the hoardes of fellow travellers fighting to find a seat or space to sit and nibble on their plastic wrapped sarnie…..while you follow the signs for lounges, and sit in quiet comfy surroundings having a bite to eat and drink watching the normally unseen airside world do it’s thing. And once you have had your restful time, you can rejoin those stressed out crowds, who are about to become your fellow travellers on way to your chosen destination. Thinking I’m glad I didn’t have to sit out here…..I think I’ll make a habit of this.

We were looking forward to a cooked breakfast and this was the main reason for booking the lounge, but it finished at 10.30am which was really disappointing. By the time we got to the lounge, we had missed it by 5 mins. The lunch menu was uninspiring and I didn't want a curry at that time in the morning. There was no information on the web site regarding times of meals. Also the only place to see the flight departures' screen was at the entrance to the lounge, and so we had to leave our seats each time and walk over to find out if our flight was boarding. More screens required.

Yes the staff at both lounges were very polite and helpful. The No 1 Lounge at Gatwick... did have a few breakfast issues in the fact that the food was gone and not replaced immediately. The Paphos Lounge the food is not great but it is worth it to sit in something more comfortable than the seat allocated around the airport. The Paphos Lounge do not just print the Holiday Extra code print the DragonPass with the voucher code on it as this is what you require to go in to this lounge

Made welcome From the moment we arrived. Plenty space inside and very comfy and relaxing. Loads of choice on the food availability too. It was a pleasant experience before leaving to board our flight. Also we could see flight boarding details on the tv screen in the lounge.

Very disappointed we got there only 1 bar staff no pint glasses cleaned they had to wash them up limited food only curry pasta or veggie slop the smallest mousse portion you could think of that wouldn’t fill up a child and crackers and cheese , no spoons waited 5 minutes for them to wash them up after asking 2 staff members, hair on serving spoons no cups for coffee had to ask for butter as run out had to ask manager to get someone else to serve as queue was so long as one of the guys was due a break but had no one. It’s the worse lounge I have been in and would never go again

The lounge was poorly staffed we got greeted by a member of staff telling us she had been in tears already 10 times today , There was no gin in the optics asked if there was anymore we we’re told that they had none left , this was only 2pm in the day !! There was no wine glasses for the wine the hot food was Luke warm, food area was messy . Maybe on the day they had staff issues and there was no one to advice what they needed to do . My first experience was with the lounge next door I would book definitely book there again

The overall experience was good. They were short staffed but the staff on duty worked over and above, especially the bar staff.
I would definitely recommend a visit

Several days before we travelled to the airport, I asked on the chat help whether my husband could enter the lounge before me as I had a little shopping to do. I was told that was fine as long as he had his own printed copy of the pass. On arrival the lady on the desk told him he could not enter alone and had to wait for me.
We joined a very long queue which took a long time to process as the lady seemed to be having great trouble confirming peoples bookings. We probably lost at least 20 minutes of our lounge time.
Once in the lounge, the facilities and the staff were very good.
