Your rep on the chat service looked after me changing the return trip with no drama and didn't 'fleece' me with loads of extra charges. Extremely ethical and understanding. Especially when the travel company I booked the flight and accommodation with had been dreadful - you guys saved the day.

There were 8 of us who went to Faro and booked the airport transfer to and from the airport in advance. The distance was about 20 mins drive. We went to the booth in the Faro airport and showed our booking, then waited for about 5 mins and the driver came and picked us all up. The day we left our hotel to the airport, the driver was there before the stated time and was waiting for us in the car. The whole service was good and smooth.

Even though our flight was over an hour late landing and we queued for almost an hour to get trough passport control at the airport our driver was waiting for us. The young lady driver on the return trip was probably the best we have ever had and her car was immaculate. The only downside was that we both got bit by insects on the trip from the airport.
