Destination Extras 2026 competition terms and conditions

General
  • The promoter of the Destination Extras 2026 giveaway ("promotion" or "the promotion") is Holiday Extras Limited, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF, registered in England and Wales No. 1693250.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • No cash alternative to the promotion will be offered. The promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize offered with another of equivalent value without notice.
  • The promoter has determined one correct answer to the question "which destination is this?" and that answer, for the purposes of this competition, shall be considered the one and only accurate answer. No debate or correspondence will be entered into regarding possible alternative intepretations, spellings or other answers and by entering this competition you accept the promoter's answer as accurate and final.
  • The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence about the promotion will be entered into.
  • By entering the promotion you agree that in the event you win the promotion and accept a prize your name may be published on the Holiday Extras websites and used by Holiday Extras for promotional purposes.
  • By entering this promotion you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entrants
  • Each entrant must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands to participate in the promotion.
  • The following are not eligible to participate: (a) employees and immediate family members of employees of the promoter; (b) any company responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors; (c) other persons assisting with this promotion; (d) any person not being an individual person; (e) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert; (f) any person entering via an agent, or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions, and (g) any person using any application or process to submit an entry on that person's behalf automatically or by proxy.
  • Automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Duration
  • The promotion is scheduled to take place between 08:00:00 on 5th January 2026 and 23:59:59 on 31st January 2026 (inclusive) on the Holiday Extras websites and apps.
How to enter
  • The promotion is open to anyone who signs up giving us a valid email address, name and postal address and correctly entering the name of the destination.
  • Prizes will be made available within 3 months of notification that you have won a prize.
  • Participation in the promotion requires customers to sign up for our email marketing, which they may later opt-out of by clicking our unsubscribe link(s) and unsubscribing in the usual way.
  • The entrant's data will be held and managed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy which is availanble on the Promoter's website.
Prizes

The winner will receive a voucher for £2000 from our holiday fulfilment partner, TUI, which can be used to pay for up to £2000 of a holiday provided by them.

The winner or recipient of the voucher will also be bound by TUI's voucher terms and conditions, and by entering the competition you agree, if you win, that you have read, understood and agreed to TUI's voucher terms and conditions.

Winners
  • One winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entrants by the promoter using an AI tool.
  • The winner will be informed the day following the win.
  • The promoter will make reasonable efforts to inform all winners of the promotion no later than the week commencing February 23rd 2026.
  • Winners will be informed by email.
  • If a winner does not respond to a winning notification within 7 days of the winning notification being sent, the prize will be offered to a runner-up chosen using the same process.
  • If the runner-up does not respond or is unable to accept the prize the offer will be deemed null and void and that prize withdrawn or offered on another competition at the sole and absolute discretion of the promoter.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibilities for entries, winning notifications or any other communications that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
  • An anonymised list of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the registered address of the promoter (above) no later than 31 March 2026.
