If it's not urgent, the easiest way to get help is to start your claim online. It's quick, simple, and you can do it in your own time.
Here's How to Make a Claim
Already submitted a claim
Our claims team will aim to get back to you within 21 working days of the date you submitted your claim form, if you still want to chat with us please have your claim number and personal details to hand. You can contact us on 01403 286 547. We're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and always happy to help.
Starting a new claim
Please have all your details ready as you'll need to complete a claim form, including:
- Your details and policy number
- A description of your claim
- Any supporting evidence (like receipts or photos)
We recommend providing all the details outlined in the claim form, this will help make the claim process smoother.
There are three ways to submit your claim:
Submit online via our portal if your claim is about:
- Baggage
- Medical expenses
- Travel delay
- Cancellation
For all other types of claims, send us your completed claim form by email or post. This includes claims for:
- Cutting Your Trip Short
- Collision Damage Waiver
- Personal Effects
- Personal Liability
- Travel Delay Disruption
- Winter Sports
- Cruise

Our claims team will carefully review your form and aim to respond within 21 working days, either with an update or a request for any additional information we may need. We'll get in touch via email or post, depending on how you submitted your claim and the contact details you've provided.
How long does it all take?
The time it takes to fully process a claim can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the situation. Every case is unique, but rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way and do everything we can to move things along as quickly as possible.
