The actual transfer service was exceptional both coming and going to Naples airport however communication with Holiday Extras was poor enough not to book again. We were asked to notify if there were any changes to flight times before our trip..there were but only 10 mins or so. However as there was a change we tried several times for contact. There is no free phone service and your message bot is basic. This took 2 days as we had to wait and try again the next day. We also were asked when in Italy to confirm our pick up time. Nothing had changed from our original booking but again, your link did not work and trying to confirm took one hour out of our day and gave us the worry that if we didnt noone would turn up. Very poor communication resulted in worry we did not need but we will book a private transfer via another site as the people who picked us up were excellent!

This was our second booking for return airport/hotel/ airport. As with the first booking everything went perfectly. The pre advice, advice during the stay, and the transfer were all excellent. Having hard previous bad transfers from two other companies, we are naturally concerned about this. However your service is the best, and excellent value as well. We will definitely use you again wh en we require the transfers. We always use you for our airport parking in the U.K. as well, and never a problem.

The journey from the airport to the hotel was smooth and quick. The driver who picked us up on the return was early and he carried our bag out to the minibus. We were not contacted within 48 hrs by the driver who collected us at the airport, our first contact was to say he was waiting for us, there was no emergency number on the confirmation email. I was left worrying about what we were going to do if there were still hold ups as a result of the new scans etc. When we met up with him he rushed off, my husband was left struggling with the case. It was only when he realised we weren’t behind him that he stopped and took the case. Going back to the airport once again there was no notification within 24 hrs and no phone number to check what time. I had to spend time trying to discover how to check times through the holiday extras app, that was not straight forward.

Good price but information was vague on arrival and driver was a bit rude. He sat on a wall outside the bus smoking and when anyone asked how long we would be waiting he just shrugged and laughed. People got off and got taxis instead. I understand that there's an element of waiting with a shared shuttle and we didn't mind that it was an hour but communication and service was poor on this occasion.

We were very impressed & very very pleased with the service we received, easy to book on line & explained well about the service to be expected after booking. I have to admit I was slightly dubious & worried about what to do if our car didn't turn up but I needed of worried at all. Absolutely fabulous service from both journeys (even if they seemed to be driving rather fast) we got the service we expected. Both drivers sent me a WhatsApp message with their name & details of time of pick up & where they would be & it worked perfectly. Massive thanks to the poor driver who waited two hours for us to get through faro airport last week!!! He messaged me to say let him know once we cleared customs, I informed him of the Massive queue but he assured me he would be there waiting & he was!!! What a relief to us!!! Excellent service & really lovely professional drivers in lovely air condioned cars. Hightly recommend & we will 100% be booking this again for our trip next year!

We have used your service numerous times before and have always been fully satisfied with the service received. On this occasion the vehicle provided was a standard sedan taxi. No issue with that. However, the driver appeared less than happy with job, maybe because we the last group to leave the airport, due to the new regulations post Brexit. We were still out of the airport within 15 to 20 minutes of the plane landing . The taxi deposited us and our luggage about a 6 minute walk from the hotel, with the words “the hotel is just over there”. To be fair there was road closures in front of the hotel. However, there was a route around the closure, to deposit us and our luggage with about a 30 second walk. We’re aware of this as our return taxi collected us from this location.

Meet and greet at Palma airport was perfect, as were the drivers and vehicles for both drop-off and collection. As we didn't know our exact villa location until arrival, I couldn't book a collection from a specific place. Once I had the villa details I tried to arrange collection from there, but despite speaking to both Holiday Extras and Cabbick, I was told it wasn't possible (even though collecting from the central reception meant driving past the villa). Upon collection, the driver said he could easily have collected us from the villa!

We were going to book a taxi from our hotel in Benidorm to the airport which was costing €100, decided to try and see if it was possible to book a transfer through Holiday Extras. Not only did they arrange it, it was also nearly €40 cheaper, the service was excellent, everything ran perfectly with such a lovely driver and a lovely comfortable car. Improvements: outgoing trip - we found our driver quite quickly at the airport but then sat in the minibus for nearly one hour. Only two other people joined and that was in the first 20 mins. The driver seemed to think there was another passenger but there wasn’t. Great journey once we were on the road! Return. I checked online (as specified) and went to the pick up point stated which was 300m from the hotel. This was fine but the driver went to the hotel and waited for us there - he called me and he found us ok, but this could have been avoided with better communication. Nice drivers both ways.

Improvements: Due to the new biometrics scheme across Europe, the transfers are getting people to the airport in time for the check-in gate to be opened, however this means that you are very far back in the queue. It is not the fault of the transfer scheme, but it MUST be worth considering an earlier pick-up so that customers are not worrying about being able to check in before a flight. It took me 2 hours to check-in due to the queue and my transfer was on time.

Easy booking process. Competitive price. Airport and hotel pick up went very smoothly. Vehicles were clean, modern and well maintained. Drivers were polite, friendly and professional as was the representative at the airport. Couldn’t fault that. The only issue was that there was a risk of industrial action and we tried to contact the service provider to bring the pick up time forward. I accept it was only 24 hours before but I spoke to three people (two via online chat, one via telephone) and no one was able to assist). Holiday Extras said I’d need to talk to Holiday Taxis, Holiday Taxis said I’d need to speak to the Holiday Extras or the provider, the service provider said I’d need to speak to Holiday Taxis. In the end, I gave up fortunately the industrial action was cancelled so everything was fine but had that’s besides the point. Trying to get hold of someone who could help at short notice was a very frustrating experience and put the dampers on what otherwise was a very positive experience.

I used your transfer Service twice, returning to the UK during my month stay at Oliva Beach, Corralejo, Fuertventura which was perfect but then my partner joined me the following Monday, booked his Airport transfer but was told at the Airport there was a 2 hour wait so he had to pay €55 for a taxi - then the following Friday, we had booked our transfer the day before, going back to the Airport on Friday 3 April but received NO pick up time…. when I phoned the Emergency line, I was kept on hold for 15 minutes, until I was told there was NO bus for us - we then had to get a taxi again, this time costing €60!! Very disappointed & frustrated, as it had gone so well the previous week!!!!

It is a good arrangement, we travel with TUI and normally use their airport transfer bus which involves waiting around etc, but it is included in the package price. My only concern with the taxi is that on arrival at Egypt they say they will wait 45 minutes after the plane lands. However it took over an hour just to get through passport control as it was chaotic. Fortunately the company had a few taxis so we easily got one. I would suggest that the 45 minute wait time is worth having a look at. Otherwise all good.

Easy to find at the airport and didn’t have to wait very long. First drop off at the hotel. Friendly staff at the desk. Difficult to contact company for return as kept saying number not available. We found the transfer desk and an suv for four people was available. The other couple who were from Germany seemed irritated perhaps they had been waiting? However our BA fight had arrived on schedule and transfer of luggage hadn’t been delayed. We were the first drop in Las Palmas city and although we were dropped at the subsequent pick up point for our return transfer, the rain was very heavy and our hotel was at least 200 metres away. Fortunately we were repeating a holiday from last year so knew where too walk ! Ironically last year, our first visit to Las Palmas we were dropped off outside the hotel by a similar transfer vehicle also managed by the same Holiday xtras team. Easy to locate the transfer desk at Faro airport arrivals. Lovely clean transfer mini bus. Driver smartly dressed and pleasant. The only criticism would be that the return pick up time was not on the website as advertised- however phoned the contact number given which was promptly answered and staff spoke good English to advise of collection time. Return pickup was bang on time, again in clean mini bus by smartly dressed driver. Would use this service again.

We arrived late, whilst I did email prior to taking off to advise it was reassuring that they were waiting when we reached the terminal.We had booked private transfers but due to delays with a lot of flights we was asked to share with 4 other people. No issues at all. Pick up was as described and as expected. I have used holiday extras for for private transfers in the past and I had a WhatsApp message a few days previously from the driver. With this transfer, I actually got a WhatsApp message a few hours before we were due to land which if I hadn’t paid the Internet on the plane or when I got there I wouldn’t have known about it but other than that it was absolutely brilliant and even without the message the instructions beforehand were crystal clear and out of known where to go will 100% use again when I next got to her Hurghada.

Journey from Faro airport to hotel went very well. The driver was waiting in the arrivals area as stated and quick transfer to hotel. The negative for me was that the pick up time for the return journey was unnecessarily early based upon the flight departure time. 9.50 pick up for a 13.30 flight. Even taking into account an additional two pick ups along the route, we arrived at Faro airport at around 11.00. Whilst understanding that other passengers on the transfer may likely have had earlier flight times, from my perspective arriving two and a half hours before the scheduled departure time is unnecessarily early, particularly given the size of Faro airport and the number of flights.

Too many times now the transfer driver is not paying g 100% attention to driving! This one was catching up with paperwork as he was driving! We have also in the past had drivers on their phones making calls and texting and driving above the speed limits. They can do all of these things in their own time, even though illegal, but they should not do it when carrying paying customers. This is clearly not an issue in Italy, but drivers need to be aware that other nationals are not comfortable with it.

The wait for a transfer was extended because of the time of year. They decided to delay the bus leaving until enough people from later flights had turned up. Likewise they extended the travel time back to pick up passengers from far out locations.

Transfer bus easy to find after checking with the Benniconnect desk on floor -2. Transfer departed within 20. Mins. I was the 2nd drop off (Hotel Rosamar). Received a text message regarding my return to the airport to which the transfer bus was bang on time. One slight issue on the return was the bus was not displaying a benniconnect sign. It Was only when I happened to check with the driver that it was indeed my coach. It had an Easy Jet sign in the window which could have been confusing. Apparently the benniconnect sign was hiding behind this! All in all a great , cheap service. I will definitely use them again.

Our 1st pick up was initially fine no problems with instructions given from yourselves. However we were dropped at the wrong villa on the wrong Street however we used google maps and found the right accommodation. On our return journey it was smaller vehicle we were a booking of five plus luggage it ended with four of us in the back and one in front with driver. We arrived safely at the airport.

By choosing this it makes so easy to get to your accommodation directly unlike coach transfers which stop and drop off people at several hotels and making the journey much longer. The driver sends you a message to your phone (don't forget to turn off Airplane Mode and choose the airport's Wi-Fi )and says where he is waiting for you outside the airport.

We booked the shared shuttle transfers from Lanzarote airport to the Playa Blanca area and vice versa. The price was reasonable for the 2 of us and our booking confirmation had clear instructions on how to find the transport upon arrival. We had a short wait of around 5 minutes for our coach to arrive. Once we had boarded, we waited around 45 minutes to set off once all other passengers had boarded. We dropped off at a few other hotels on route to ours. The return pick up was exactly on time and we then picked up at other hotels on the way to the airport (all as expected with a shared shuttle). All in all a good, reliable service.

On arrival at the airport our driver was waiting for us with a noticeable sign. He was polite, friendly and attentive to our needs. He drove with care and attention. Holiday extras provided this transfer at a very competitive price. It was our first time to Alicante and our first time to Benidorm, so we were hoping for a smooth service. That's exactly what we got when we're greeted by the Bennie Connect staff at Alicante airport. They were so friendly and immediately put us at ease even explaining that there may be a slight delay as other passengers were behind us. Some improvement needed. Not much flexibility if things change. E.g....I originally booked transfers from and to Malaga airport. Unfortunately I had to change my return pick up location due to a problem with my accommodation. I was unable to make the change despite being able to give 16 days prior notice. I had to cancel the original return trip, and rebook, rather than make an amendment and i had to pay again. Not great. Otherwise, the transfers were good, apart from a long wait at Malaga airport.
