Using your Fast Track Pass
You can only use Fast Track once, on the day you've booked. Fast Track customers get their own lane through security and Passport Control, all airport security and passport control rules will still apply.

Passport Control Fast Track means you can skip the often long queues at the arrivals area of the airport. The Passport Control Pass gives you access the dedicated fast lane at Passport Control. When you book with Holiday Extras, we'll send you the passes by email, so make sure you print them off or have them ready on your mobile phone to take them with you to show on the day.
Is Fast Track Stansted worth it?
Airports can't always guarantee that fast track security lines will be quicker, but if you're flying during a peak time, you will most likely benefit from a Fast Track Pass. Security Fast Track passes are ideal way for people who want a hassle-free airport experience.
Do I need to buy a Stansted Fast Track ticket for my child?
Yes, the price for Stansted Fast Track passes are per person, including children and infants. Everybody in your party will need a pass to enter the Fast Track queue.
Can I book Fast Track on the day of arrival at the airport?
Yes, you can purchase a Security or Passport Control Fast Track Pass on the day of arrival at the airport. This is subject to availability and you may only be able to book them at certain times. Therefore, it's advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment. You could also save time as well as money by purchasing your ticket in advance.
Can I cancel my Fast Track booking?
Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
Can I use my Passport Control Fast Track Pass if my flight is late?
If you are delayed it cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to use the Passport Control Fast lane. This will be at the airport's discretion.
Can I book Fast Track with my airport parking booking?
Yes, you can add a Fast Track Pass or Passport Control Pass as an add-on to your airport parking booking. With Holiday Extras you can book a Fast Track Security Pass as an add-on product with airport parking at airports including Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle and Stansted. A quicker Passport Control Pass is available as an add-on at Manchester and Stansted Airports.
Can I book Fast Track with my airport hotel booking?
Yes, you can book your Fast Track passes alongside your airport hotel booking at a number of airports.
Does a Fast Track Pass allow me to skip airport passport checks all together?
No, passport control checks are mandatory and border checks are also mandatory, the pass just allows you to skip the often long queues.
Can I transfer my Fast Track Pass to another date?
This will depend on your booking. Please check the terms and conditions.
