Walk straight to check-in
The airport's own Meet and Greet service is the perfect option for avoiding the hassle of airport parking. Just drive to the Multi-storey car park opposite the North terminal as if you're parking there. A member of staff, however, will be waiting for you to park your car for you while you stroll to the terminal. When you get back, just walk back to the car park and your car will be waiting for you. It's the simplest way to park at Gatwick without having to drive to the terminal.
The Valet car park location had changed and no information was given by your organisation to tell us where to find the new location. Sign posting was not visible enough and it several attempts before we located the car park. Also when we exited the parking directions to the exit were vague and more needs to be done. Not impressed by the whole experience this time.

Staff very helpful but it would have been better to have know in advance that the check in had been moved due to work in the car park as we went to the allocated arrival instead of the temporary one.

Booking in was different and communication prior to arrival was poor. Staff were good and once found drop of and pick up worked perfectly.

Nothing went smoothly. We were not informed of the parking changes before we arrived at Gatwick to go on holiday. This meant we were driving around like fools until we phoned the number on our paperwork. On return in the early hours our car was not available. No one in the office apologised. It took over 45 minutes to locate our car. It was waiting for us all the time where it should have been. It turns out that the people who accepted our car when we first arrived wrote the wrong information on the card with the key. The only apology we got was from the poor man running around trying to find our car. The people in the office seemed to find it amusing. We were not amused.

Problems when we arrived as official car park entrance was closed and entrance for valet service had been moved to a temporary area for some time due to maintenance work. We hadn't been informed of this and had to find someone to ask where we were supposed to go. Quite stressful when we were expecting a hassle free experience

Getting to and from Gatwick airport
Head to the Valet area, where a member of staff will take your car keys and park your car for you while you walk to the terminal. It only takes 2 minutes.
When you get back, head back to the Valet area where you will be given your keys and directed back to your car.
On your return to Gatwick Official Valet Parking North
When you're ready to leave, head back to the Valet car park to collect your car and you're free to head home.

This car park has a height restriction for vehicles over 2.2m (7ft 2in) and a width restriction of 2.4m (7ft 10in).
This package is not suitable if your are returning to a different terminal from the one you flew from.
Make sure you have provided the correct car registration to prevent any delays entering and exiting the car park.
