The Valet car park location had changed and no information was given by your organisation to tell us where to find the new location. Sign posting was not visible enough and it several attempts before we located the car park. Also when we exited the parking directions to the exit were vague and more needs to be done. Not impressed by the whole experience this time.

Staff very helpful but it would have been better to have know in advance that the check in had been moved due to work in the car park as we went to the allocated arrival instead of the temporary one.

the car park (6) had been changed to car park (5) when we arrived making it a bit complicated

Booking in was different and communication prior to arrival was poor. Staff were good and once found drop of and pick up worked perfectly.

Nothing went smoothly. We were not informed of the parking changes before we arrived at Gatwick to go on holiday. This meant we were driving around like fools until we phoned the number on our paperwork. On return in the early hours our car was not available. No one in the office apologised. It took over 45 minutes to locate our car. It was waiting for us all the time where it should have been. It turns out that the people who accepted our car when we first arrived wrote the wrong information on the card with the key. The only apology we got was from the poor man running around trying to find our car. The people in the office seemed to find it amusing. We were not amused.

It rained, so as we now have to drop the car in outside car park our luggage got very wet

Problems when we arrived as official car park entrance was closed and entrance for valet service had been moved to a temporary area for some time due to maintenance work. We hadn't been informed of this and had to find someone to ask where we were supposed to go. Quite stressful when we were expecting a hassle free experience

The information provided for dropping off the car was incorrect. I assume this was due to overcrowding but an email to provide revised details would have prevented the confusion on the day. Pick up was good, although slightly surprised on the miless driven whilst we were away being a bit higher than previous times.

Bad directions. No notification of change in drop off areas. Not short walk across car park. No meet and greet as described. Staff at first barrier did not recognise paper work and turned us away which resulted in us touring around various other car parks at 3.30am. NOT AT ALL HAPPY.
