Most flights out of terminal three are long-haul flights, although there are some flights to European destinations. Terminal three is used by 35 airlines, which carry around 15.5 million passengers every year.
Parking at Heathrow terminal three

Heathrow terminal three floor plan
Terminal three at Heathrow consists of two floors. The areas and services are all well sign-posted and separated into clearly defined zones.
Ground floor: The ground floor is home to check-in and the arrivals area.
First floor: The first floor houses the public and passenger departure areas.
Heathrow Terminal three facilities
Heathrow terminal three has a wide range of facilities aimed at all travellers. There is a good selection of high street stores, newsagents, restaurants and cafés as well as information desks, disabled toilets and bureaux de change.
Shopping
Whether you would like to spend some time distracted from the Heathrow hustle and bustle, or some money in a range of well-known stores, terminal three offers a choice of over 40 stores to choose from.

Cafés and restaurants
Terminal three has a host of famous eateries, including Yo! Sushi, TGI Friday's and the forever popular Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Bureaux de change
There are Travelex and American Express bureaux de change desks at check-in, departures and arrivals to provide foreign currency for your holidays.
Internet access
Browse the internet at your leisure, either using the wireless hotspots on your laptop or fixed internet points. Fixed internet points are available before and after security. There are wireless hotspots in the public and passenger area of both the arrivals and departures concourse.
Toilets
There are toilets at each end of the departures building, with disabled facilities and a baby change room available. There are shower facilities available after passing security control. Toilets with baby care and disabled facilities are located at check-in and in arrivals by the baggage reclaim.
Information desk
There is an information desk located in the middle of the arrivals area, which is open between 5.30am and 10.30pm. There is also another information desk available in zone D of the check-in area. This is open from 7am until 9.30pm.
Chapel
St George's chapel is located between terminals one, two and three and includes a multi-faith prayer room. You can reach the chapel by taking the stairs opposite the entrance to terminal two short stay car park. The chapel is open from 7.30am to 8pm.
There are also two prayer rooms, on the first floor in the arrivals area and after security control in the departures lounge.
