Here's those key dates in 2022 you should book off now before every Tom, Jill and Tracey gets there first.

Dates to book off in January

Get the year off to a good start! As the New Year falls on the weekend the Bank Holiday is pushed to the 3rd January - meaning if you book 4th - 7th (4 days) then you can get 9 days off.

You might even be over your hangover by then!

Dates to book off in April

Ah, Easter - we're so ready for you. Here's how to get 10 days off in April by using only 4 days annual leave - book the 19th -22nd. There are Bank Holidays on the 15th and the 18th - so you can have your feet up and a cocktail in hand from the 15th until the 24th.

Dates to book off in May (and June)

May is a tale of two halves - at the start of the month book off the 3rd - 6th May (4 days) to get 9 days off. The 2nd of May is a Bank Holiday - therefore you'll be off from 30th April through to 8th May.

Head back to work for a couple of weeks and then surely it's time for another break! Book off 30th May - 1st June (3 days) to coincide with the Early May Bank Holiday on 2nd June (a Thursday!) and the extra Bank Holiday in 2022 on June 3rd. Thanks to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee you'll be off from 28th May through to the 5th June.

Dates to book off in August & September

Summer is coming to an end, but it's not too late to get away for some sun. It's also a great time to explore all the UK has to offer! Book 30th August - 2nd September (4 days) and you'll be off exploring from 27th August through to 4th September.

Dates to book off in December

2022 is one of those happy years where Christmas falls on the weekend (enjoy it as you'll be waiting until 2026 for bonus Christmas Bank Holidays!) meaning the Bank Holiday moves to the 27th. Book off 28th - 30th (3 days) and you can be off from 24th December until 2nd January - and then it's time to do this all again!
