Maximise your annual leave

We love our job (we're not being forced to write that we promise!) but that doesn't mean we don't stare longingly at the calendar planning in some much needed holiday time. If you're like us - then you'll want to know all the tricks to get the most days off, without using up all your holiday allowance! So for 2022 here's those key dates you should book off now before every Tom, Jill and Tracey gets there first.

Dates to book off in January

Get the year off to a good start! As the New Year falls on the weekend the Bank Holiday is pushed to the 3rd January - meaning if you book 4th - 7th (4 days) then you can get 9 days off.

You might even be over your hangover by then!

Head back to work for a couple of weeks and then surely it's time for another break! Book off 30th May - 1st June (3 days) to coincide with the Early May Bank Holiday on 2nd June (a Thursday!) and the extra Bank Holiday in 2022 on June 3rd. Thanks to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee you'll be off from 28th May through to the 5th June.
