The ceremonial rooms are the main State Apartments that are used today by the Royal Family. Visitors can explore striking rooms such as the Grand Reception Room and the Waterloo Chamber.
The Semi-State Rooms are the private apartments specially designed for George IV. The lavish interiors were decorated by Morel & Seddon and feature exquisite furnishings and fittings sourced from Carlton House, George IV's former London residence. Queen Mary's Dolls' House
This extraordinary miniature doll's house was built between 1921 and 1924 for Queen Mary and is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. No detail was forgotten - the house even has electricity, running water, and functional lifts.
