Using your voucher

You can use your Holiday Extras voucher online to pay for a new hotel, parking, lounge or airport transfer.

If you're logged in

If you're logged into your account you'll be given the option to pay with a voucher when you reach checkout. We'll show you the amount on your voucher and give you the option to apply it to your booking.

When you make a booking the amount on your voucher will reduce by the value of your new booking. If your new booking exceeds your voucher balance you'll be asked to pay the difference.

If your voucher was originally issued for the cancellation of a 'non-flexible' or 'saver' booking, it will be flagged as non-flexible and is redeemable against a limited range of products. You'll need to book using the link in your email. Non-flexible vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

If you're not logged in

When you reach the checkout stage you'll be asked to enter your email (it will say 'email confirmation to'). If we recognise your email address, we'll prompt you log in. Once you have done this you can follow the steps above.

Cancelling and refunding a voucher

You can cancel and get a cash refund on a 'Free Cancellation' booking voucher up to 14 days after cancelling your booking.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the original booking date will get a full cash refund*.

Cancellations made more than 7 days after the original booking date will be refunded, less £10 which will be held as a non-refundable balance on your account for you to use the next time you book*.

Once you're logged in use the 'Cancel voucher' link underneath the one you want to cancel. If a refund is available to you, we'll give you further details.

*A refund can't be offered if a voucher has already been redeemed in part. 'Saver' vouchers cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
