Amend my policy

Need to make changes to your travel insurance? No problem, you can do this quickly and easily online.

How to make changes

1. Go to your Trips and bookings page.
2. Find your booking — listed in blue capital letters with the date attached.
3. Select the policy you want to amend, and follow the prompts to make your changes.

Things to know

• Some changes may affect your premium. If so, we'll show the new cost before you confirm.
• You'll receive updated policy documents by email as soon as your changes are confirmed.
• If your trip has already started, some updates may no longer be available.
• If you are wanting to amend your destination, some restrictions may apply depending on your original destination.
