How does renewing my travel insurance policy work?

You will receive an email before the expiry date of your policy, informing you that your travel insurance policy is about to expire, and information regarding the renewal process.

Important: Your annual policy will auto-renew unless you inform us otherwise before the policy expiration date. If you do not wish to renew your policy you can opt-out at any time before the expiration date of your policy.

Please note, renewals only apply to annual multi-trip travel insurance policies. We do not offer renewals on single trip-policies.
