Renewing your Travel Insurance with Holiday Extras


If your Annual Multi-Trip policy is due to renew, you’re in the right place.

Renewing is usually quick and simple. We’ll get in touch around a month before your cover ends with everything you need to know.


How Renewal Works

When you buy an Annual Multi-Trip policy, you’re automatically opted in to auto-renewal. You can opt out at any time after purchase.

If you're still opted in to auto-renewal, we’ll automatically prepare your renewal before your policy ends.

  • Your policy will renew automatically each year unless you opt out
  • Payment will be taken a few days before your renewal date
  • Your renewal price may be different from last year
  • We’ll contact you before renewal with your new quote
  • You can opt out of auto-renewal at any time via your Renewal Hub or by contacting us
  • We recommend reviewing your cover each year to make sure it still meets your needs

Your renewal options

If you're still opted in to auto-renewal

If you're happy with your renewal quote, you don’t need to do anything — your cover will continue without interruption, subject to successful payment.

If you’d prefer to pay early, you can do this in your Renewal Hub.

If you need to make changes, our Help Squad can update your policy before renewal to make sure everything is correct.

If you’ve opted out of auto-renewal

You can still renew your policy quickly and easily via your Renewal Hub or by calling our Help Squad.



What is the Renewal Hub?

The Renewal Hub is your secure online space to manage your renewal.

In the Hub, you can:

🔍 Review your renewal quote

📋 Check your cover details

💰 Make a payment


Get a new quote if your details have changed and you're not set to automatically renew.

Your renewal quote won’t appear in your Holiday Extras account. Your renewal details will only be visible via your Renewal Hub which can be accessed via your Renewal notice emails. Your renewal details will only show until your current policy expires.


Need to update something?

If you're opted in to auto-renewal, you can update your policy before it renews to make sure it still meets your needs.

You can:

  • Make changes online via your Renewal Hub
  • Call our Help Squad if you’d prefer support
