Need to Cancel Your Policy?
We're sorry to see you go, but we understand plans change. We'll guide you through the right steps based on your booking type.
For policies booked within the last 14 days:
If it's been less than 14 days since you bought your policy, and you haven't travelled, started your trip, or made (or intend to make) a claim, you're entitled to a full refund.
To cancel, just head to your Trips and Bookings page. You'll see your bookings listed in blue capital letters with the booking date next to them.
Select the policy you want to cancel and follow the steps provided.
All other policies:
If it's been more than 14 days since you booked, or your booking doesn't appear in My Booking, fill out our support form, and we'll handle your cancellation manually.
Important Information about cancellations after 14 days:
- You still have the right to cancel your policy at any time by contacting us.
- If you've already travelled under the policy, you won't be entitled to a refund.
- No refund is typically issued after the 14-day cooling-off period — but in exceptional cases (e.g. bereavement or major changes to your medical situation), we may review your request.
