I joined BookFlowGo in 2025 as Engineering Director to help lead the next chapter in intelligent travel technology. My mission is to evolve Parkspace - the leading airport parking reservations platform and the BOOK solution within the Holiday Extras BookFlowGo suite. My role blends strategy and execution. I own the technology roadmap and set the direction for platform evolution, to shape our future architecture, with the support of an extremely talented engineering team.
Life before Holiday Extras
I spent more than a decade at business travel experts SAP Concur, where I held leadership roles across mobile and platform API engineering. I led distributed Agile teams, designed high-performance cloud-native services that scaled to support millions of requests per hour. Earlier in my career, I built up a broad engineering foundation through senior roles in both startup and enterprise environments, in business intelligence, financial services, and consultancy.
I'm passionate about creating systems that are not just performant and secure, but aligned with real business needs that ultimately improve people's lives. I enjoy working across teams—from engineers to stakeholders—to turn complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.
In business I believe that integrity and empathy are essential to getting the best results, and that the world would be a better place if everyone followed these values!
Life outside Holiday Extras
Outside of work, I have 3 rapidly-growing children, but somehow still find time to play hockey, and am a committed runner too. Although I've run almost 20,000 km in the last 10 years (many of which were alongside Delphi, my Hungarian Vizsla), I only recently competed in my first half marathon—and am very proud to have completed it in (just!) under 90 minutes.
My wife and I are longtime Northampton Saints fans, and season ticket holders. Having travelled to Australia to see the Lions Tour, Hong Kong for international Sevens, as well as other countries around Europe, I can say that watching rugby has been a great excuse for us to travel over the years!
