Traveled via Manchester airport, staying one night at the Hilton and using Terminal 3 meet and Greet. Hotel was fine, Terminal 3 Meet and Greet was exceptional, with cheerful, helpful staff at 3:30 am for check-in, and an system for collection which was a model of clarity and efficiency. In Britain as it is today, a beacon of service, and all there deserve to be highly commended.

Very expensive but good quality hotel Mix up over cost paid to holiday extras for meals. We were not allocated the full 25 pounds paid. It seems ridiculous that the hotel cannot arrange the shuttle transport and you have to set up an online account. The staff were very courteous. The food was good and shuttle efficient and friendly.

Hotel needs upgrading / modernization. Furniture is rubbed off in places, no fridge in the rooms, has limited eating facilities. Staff are polite, room had bath robes & slippers which were the plus points and seminar was in the hotel hence convenient.
