The Village Hotel Bournemouth. The first room had not even been cleaned Rm. The second room offer was okay. Once you give your card details over to the hotel; you are constantly being charged for items that you have already booked and paid for. Even down to the room being recharged to your account time and time again.
The management of the hotel; there is no leadership and one main item - definitely not Covid safe as no-one wears PPE (customers that is, to the hotel and spa/gym).
I would not recommend this chain of Hotels to anyone.

Check in was fast and easy. Restaurant had a good choice of meals. We had two single rooms and both were noisy as there was some kind of event happening with very loud music. This went on until very early the next morning and we had to leave at 3:00 am so did not get much sleep. Parking there was fine.Mr Black, 26 Oct 2019
