What is an on-airport hotel?

An on-airport hotel is either a short transfer away or within walking distance of the terminal, offering the greatest level of convenience. An on-airport hotel is located within the airport grounds.

If I park at the hotel, do I need to leave my car keys with them while I'm away?
No. Parking packages are available at the Hallmark hotel Bournemouth. All need to do is park up, take your keys with you and your car will be waiting for you when you return.

Is breakfast included with my Bournemouth airport hotel stay?
Breakfast won't be included in your hotel booking. It will be no problem at all to buy your breakfast directly through the hotel once you've arrived.

How can I cancel my Bournemouth airport hotel booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please proceed to the manage my booking page or call us for free on 0800 093 5478. If you have taken out our cancellation waiver then you will be able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before you scheduled stay and receive a full refund. This is available for hotel bookings for £2.49 and 99p for parking bookings. If you opt not the buy the cancellation waiver and decide you want to cancel, there is a cancellation fee of £15 for hotel bookings and £9.50 for parking.
If you should choose to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will be unable to offer you a refund, even if you have taken out cancellation protection. Will you charge me to use a credit card?
You will be charged two per cent of the total cost of the booking. This is because Holiday Extras will be charged by your supplier for the transaction.
