Found the process very easy and the parking very suitable.
The only query would be in taking the late arrival option, not sure how this would work or be effective. Having chosen to very slightly extend the return date ( paid the minor extra cost)to cover any delay. The flight did get a delayed return time, meaning it fell just within enough time to go through the normal passport checks etc and get to the car and exit.
Question. If exiting was beyond the time stated or expected would I have had to pay addition Parking fees on exit and than TRY to claim back.

When arriving at the barriers nothing happened. Even though it is supposed to be registration recognition. So pressed for a ticket and it let me in. Nobody told me you are not supposed to take a ticket. On leaving barriers did not work. After talking on intercom I was told not to take ticket next time. Barriers still not open. Intercom again and finally, after another scolding, they opened the barrier. I'm not an idiot. Did not see anything in instructions to say I should not take a ticket. When there is a plane waiting I will not sit at the barriers waiting for something to happen.

I'm a regular customer and my last booking (March) both myself and my partner booked parking and I was unable to get a refund for one of the reservations. I appreciate the policy but I use this service often enough and was disappointed with the outcome.

Can’t fault the service received. Booking is simple and easy. Meet&Greet process gives confidence by filming car on arrival, so you know it’ll be carefully looked after. Reception staff are efficient. Only, minor, issue is having to reset drivers seat position on return.

Customer service is spot on as I had delayed flight in the past and you dealt with that so quick. Booking was easy, getting a ticket at arrival is reassuring and you can leave without having to use the ticket. However, this time I had a problem with the bus driver. As I got on the bus driver was not in his seat. I was standing near the bus door, having just got on, as I was using my phone to get a photo of the car park location, so I know where I left the car. The driver then moved passed me and opened his cabin door and hit me with it. No excuse me, no sorry. then as was trying to gt my photo he closed the door on me I had to move swiftly to avoid being hit.
Apart from that all was good.

Dropped the car off right by the terminal entrance, it took 5 minutes and then on the return we walked from the terminal exit to the pick up in 5 minutes and it took 2 minutes to the car. Perfect.

The orange car park was excellent got parked easily and only 5 mins to the terminal. I did have one issue though the camera did not recognise my number plate. I had to call the operator on the machine and explained my booking ref. They asked the date, reg etc was correct (which it was). In the end they dispenced another ticket and opened the gate. Luckily when we left 5 nights later I got out without any issues. Not sure why it didn't work but might be worth you investigating.. Other than that everything was brilliant.

Everything went very smoothly with one blip. It turned out that I arrived at the car park ‘too late’ which seemed to confuse the ticket machine, so when I returned and tried to leave the car park the machine didn’t recognise my booking. Very helpful car park staff rescued me!

The reason this isn’t a 9 or a 10 is that when we came to leave, we weren’t sure if we had to do anything with the ticket the barrier gave us or whether the system was smart enough re the booking and the Reg plate. Obviously it was smart! But to have read that somewhere in advance would have been helpful.

Unfortunately although I did enter the car park, I was only there a couple of hours as due to passport problems I was unable to travel. The staff in the meet and greet reception and the 2 drivers who moved the 2 cars blocking our exit were very sympathetic and helpful.

Most of your instructions were very clear, only problem was approaching the right car park. We put the post code into our Satnav and followed them but signage on the roundabouts didn't agree with your directions so about 15 minutes were lost going round and trying again. Outbound flight went smoothly but on our return we waited 30 min for shuttle. There were so many people waiting that not everyone got in. In the same time we saw 3 shuttle buses for long stay car park probably will choose stansted long stay next time as price difference was minimal

The barrier didn’t open automatically and I had to take a ticket from the machine. I was a little concerned I might have to pay on return, so contacted customer service by chat, but they said there shouldn’t be a problem. I still put ticket in ticket pay machine before going to the car, but it was returned with no charge and the barrier opened automatically on exit.

Just to confirm to customers that we have to collect a ticket on entry for the barrier to go up but on exit there is no need to use ticket or put in any machine before as it is number plate recognition. Also the disabled parking in Orange Car Park has bee revamped and improved so there are more and clearer spaces. So lovely to be near the terminal when flying back late and tired - to be able to walk and get to car is just so easy.

It’s an excellent service at Stansted and by far the best option, especially if you’re returning late at night. It’s worth checking the prices across the brokers but more than often Holiday Extras slightly beat the prices.
Was funny when I collected the car though, the seat, steering wheel, mirrors and radio had been changed. I think the delivery driver must ah e been about 8 foot tall

On arrival at the car park the barrier i approached was out if order but there was no sign to warn of this before reaching the barter - then someone also came behind me and it took some time to sort out. Then we entered the car park following the signs - but the nearest bus stop to where we parked (number6) was closed with a sign saying we should repark somewhere else. Then a bus came and was kind enough to stop anyway as we had kids with us - and the driver said the bus stop is never used - contrary to the signage. These are frustrating problems for customers that would be easy to avoid.

Never done an air park before but it was so straight forward and easy to book . Close to the terminal and plenty of parking . Gaining access to the car park was simple and the same with exiting . I will be using air parks again . A+++++

Very disappointing! The bus was waiting for passengers turning up at stop N 6, while at the next bus stop 50-60 people were waiting with small children, luggage and buggies and couldn't get on the 2ns, 3rd bus as the bus was already full. We waited for over 40 minutes! We couldn't get on the 1st bus. We were 2nd in line for the 2nd bus and I had to shout at people to move up so the 2 of us could get on. The driver was very unhelpful as well.

I’ve used this airport parking service several times, including my most recent trip from Stansted, and it’s always been a reliable option.
This time I used the Blue long-stay car park, which is a simple self-service setup with no staff on site. Everything was clearly signposted, parking was easy, and it’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to the terminal, which was really convenient.
I’ve had similar smooth experiences using this service at other airports too. It’s a straightforward and dependable choice that makes travelling easier.

Was a little disappointed with drop-off. I was asked to park quite a long way from the reception area. This is never been the case before. Pick up is much better and my car was very close to the reception area. As a solo traveller in her 60s, the drop-off was a little bit disappointing but thankfully the pick up made up for it.

It was all mainly fine, as expected from an airport carpark. But there was one thing - you gave the wrong information in your booking. It said: “ drive to the barrier. Your number plate should be automatically
recognised and the barrier will lift, but if not press the assistance button and
speak to a member of the team.
Don't press for a ticket as you'll be charged again.”
What happened on the day was that the barrier didn’t rise, I pressed to speak to a member of staff but no one answered. The machine was clearly telling me to take a ticket. In the end I ignored your instructions and took a ticket. I was slightly worried all holiday that we would be charged again when leaving. But no, it was fine, I drove to the barrier and it just rose. The instructions in your booking had been wrong and I was worried for no reason.

I really should say 100%, from your staff, as we forgot our Tesla key at the Meet and Greet and were directed to the Orange short stay carpark, by a very helpful man.
But…. no fault of Holiday Extras, the carpark was heaving and it took us nearly 30 minutes to find a space!!
Bit stressful but we got to our flight on time.
On our return, we inserted our ticket to be charged again,. We pressed the Help button and a were greeted by a very polite, informative and helpful chap who sorted us out!!

Everything has gone smootly: we arrived, parked easily, we got into the bus straightaway. On return, we waited less than 10 minutes for the bus. We were on way home in 20 minutes. Parking also automatically recognizes the licence plate so it makes it all even easier. Great experience.

I had some significant issues and needed assistance from your organisation Outside of your normal hours where I had a significant flight delay but I was unable to contact anyone as your phone lines were closed! I needed to extend my stay but kept getting g your phone number to dial but no one was available to take my call. It was terrible. My wife, having a walking disability, found the walk slightly uncomfortable on arrival.
She did find the trek from the arrival tiring and I really wasn't happy having to park so far away from the Meet & Greet reception. This has never happened to us before, normally you can drive right up to the reception area. Why has this changed???
That said the special assistance provided total care and wheeled her to the car on return.
Other than the initial problem everything was ok.

The location of orange car park is very close to the airport terminal.
When you arrive at the barriers, The system recognises your number plate and the display screen had the name of the booked party. You get issued a ticket at the barrier. Good for reference but I did not need it.
You can be parked up and in the terminal within less than 10 minutes. ( without checked in baggage and children ) and depending how quickly you find a space.
The spaces between cars are fairly small, so you need to be extra careful when opening doors.
Signage is poorly lit at night time. There needs to be more light on the colour coded signpost as you enter the roundabout system so you don't turn into the drop-off area at the airport like I did and pay £10 for the prelivage. Money that could have been spent on a couple of drinks.
On exit just drive drive up to the barrier and they should open.

It would be good if the text message was sent with the booking details the day before you travel. I couldn’t find my text messages as I booked so far in advance. The 4g was poor and I could t find my email and the holiday extra app needed updating so finding which car park I had booked turned out to be a challenge when I arrived. We travel lots and book what ever the best deal we can get at the time so often change car parks and airports.
I paid for the text thinking it would be an easier way to find my booking. I’ll not bother adding that next time. I think sending the text the day before would be more helpful.

On arrival the barrier didn't open until I took an entrance ticket from the machine. The ticket was produced without me needing to press anything and my car registration was printed on it The information provided in my booking didn't mention a need to take a ticket or the fact that a ticket would be produced at the barrier. The information with my booking simply stated that the barrier would open automatically after recognising my number plate. On departure I didn't need to insert the ticket at the barrier because my registration plate was recognised and the barrier opened

We need disabled parking and it was very easy. A man helped me with cases on and off the airport transfer bus.

All good when I left my car on 21st March. I found the lady who dealt with me on my return on 24th March very rude. It was also very hard to find my car in the dark and pouring rain. Just saying it is in Ruby area is not enough information, especially if your car has been left in last possible space (79) I was with my 85 year old mother and both carrying luggage. It was not a good experience and put me off using your service again

All went well, finally mastered how to find the way to Meet and Greet, signage still not great. Arriving home car was parked in Opal, it was quite a walk from the Meet and Greet reception, in the dark and it was raining. Car was at far end of car park, on its own, it looked as if it had been abandoned! It’s usually parked better than that. Otherwise all was good.

Came back 6 days early due to severe storms in Canary Islands. Tried to amend booking to confirm collection would be earlier than expected and to confirm 'Fastrack Passport Security' which had been paid for, could be amended and if not amended , still used on the earlier arrival date, but couldn't do either which was very disappointing. Told to call Holiday Extras but call wouldn't connect. Googled for advice as we were concerned we wouldn't be able to exit the car park, and told just to pick-up car earlier and barrier would raise. Everything went as expected. Barriers opened for us when they should, directions to parking bays were good and there was very little wait for the transfer bus.
There could be more space on the bus for people's baggage, but then I guess you would lose seating.
Maybe bigger signs at the entrance to let people know its for booked parking only. We had two vehicles in front of us waiting for the barrier to lift, only to finally drive away.

No doubt the timing for a fit young person is correct, but for a 70+ with luggage the distance was daunting and I had to sit down urgently on reaching inside of terminal. I was surprised to have to drive in to a parking space and then have to make our way with our luggage across the car park. It doesn't feel like a meet and greet service. It's more like short stay car parking. I would prefer to drop off the car near to where the keys are handed in and then collect it and be able to drive around to the drop off so that we can load our luggage there rather than in the middle of the car park.

Every time I book which is quite a lot, I always have to speak to someone on exiting, although I pre booked my space it always say I owe something ridiculous like £2.370.00 ?? Very frustrating as cannot exit the barrier successfully!

Great, we have used airparks before and have always found it easy to book online and parking in the car parks is very straightforward then catching a bus to the airport terminal with no problems. Perfect service, Thank you.

When we arrived there were no spaces available in the Car Park area. We drove around for 10 mins before driving into the ‘Car Park closed’ area and parked there. Signage was confusing. Otherwise good.

Well signposted was busy but multi storey so no problem parked 3rd storey near a lift down to ground level only a 30m walk to a covered walkway which took you straight into the terminal, less than 5 minutes from parking the car . Exit was again signposted well and a one way system out of the airport grounds

I was not aware that the car would be driven to an off site car park - which I discovered by chance when I was showing a friend how the car app on my phone could show the car location. This was a tad disappointing

Everything went perfectly - the car park was easy to find, the buses ran frequently with lots of helpful information for the return journey. Only problem was that the barrier did not recognise our car number plate and lift automatically. We had to buzz through to assistance who were very helpful and got us sorted.

well, you are crazy expensive, in addition, i tried to change booking from 4 days to 1 day and the refund was 47p. it is absolutely ridiculous!

Was greeted on arrival my name came up on screen so great start - shown where to park before going to reception - no queues , handover of keys was quick and short 200 meter walk to terminal - when arrived back - same easy traction getting my key and being told where my car was the parked - no more than 5 mins away in their car park - used service many times and had no issues

Front passenger seat was all the way back, radio had been reset and 125 miles added - understand vehicle would be parked off site but 62.5 miles away seems excessive

The number plate recognition didn't work. On entry the camera omitted the 5 from my number plate, whem exiting the system didnt recognise my car so I had to speak to someone to let me out.
