Buses were waiting at both ends which is perfect when you just want to go home at the end of the holiday. Car park was secure and the team were very well organised. Very good service and half the price of booking to park at the airport it self. We booked for 7 days in April and would definitely use the service again.

For the price the service was excellent ! Arrived with the car and was taken to the airport in under 5 mins and on the the return called to be picked up and was back in my car in 10mins driving home will be using this parking again 100%

Very friendly staff. A little tricky to find the parking site as they are waiting for new signage. However, the service was perfect. Our luggage was loaded and unloaded for us by the operative. Mini-bus ride was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Rang on return for the van ride and only waited 5 minutes. Cheers.

Everything was done efficiently when we dropped off our car. We had to wait about 10 mins at the bus shelter on the return. Bus shelter really didn't shelter us from the biting wind unfortunately. Again claiming the keys was very efficiently done and we were on our way within 5 mins of arriving at the car park.

Drop off and pick up is too far from terminal when you have heavy luggage. Parking location is in a factory development and when we landed it was rush hour so had to queue with factory traffic

You should advise people that a walk to pick up bus is required as not directly outside the airport terminal, which caused passenger not being able to board the bus.
Also too many cones on arrival making parking a bit confusing, needs more signage to save attendant coming out

It was a bit of a shock arriving at 5am in the dark and nobody there, our 1st time using this area (Southend) didn't know that is was a one man band set up, so when the guy is taking others to airport area is not maned, as we normally go to Stansted and thought it would have been the same, but the parking is in the middle of an Industrial Estate, luckily there was a pickup truck that drove through the drop off area and we asked him what is the situation, he kindly explained - so we waited

Apart from added signage at Southend, once you reach the estate you have to rely on the satnav to guide you to the car park. Other than that, was absolutely seamless.

Overall a smooth experience. However, was left sitting outside in the cold waiting 15 minutes for transfer bus (more heaters needed for seating area).
Drop off was quite a distance from the Terminal, drop could be better if in the short stay Car Park opposite the Terminal Entrance.
Staff were pleasant and polite.
Maybe also a coffee machine at the office to help if there is a wait for the Transfer bus to leave.

We arrived to find the parking facility locked and were unable access until the following morning. It was not made clear that access is not 24 hours. This is a major flaw. Luckily we were able to park at the Holiday Inn where we were charged £15.

It was absolutely brilliant, very easy to find as just with the postcode it took me straight there (small industrial area) there is a bus service that takes you to and from the airport … barely any waiting time. I thought it was great and this was the first time I’d flown from Southend and it took the stress out of worrying about expensive parking.

When we arrived they start the clock and the transfer leaves in 15 minutes - not sure why they wait as there was nobody else booked in so could have left straight away instead of standing in the cold for 15 minutes. Seems a strange system surely they know if anyone has pre booked or not.

Difficult to find parking location as in middle of industrial estate. Drop off & pick up point at airport too far from terminal. When in Winter season it’s freezing & potential rain to get through.

Purple Parking is a fully secured parking facility in the corner of an industrial estate just behind the airport. It is literally 3 or 4 minutes from Terminal .
We arrived...processing was simple...get your luggage out, go to the office, leave your keys, get on the shuttle, arrive at the terminal.
Coming back was just as easy...get your luggage, go to the meeting point 300yards from terminal. You're supposed to call them from their but the minibus was already there. Everybody arrived within 10 minutes...we were driven back to the car park, collected our keys, drove home. Easy & good value for money

I would say not stopping closer to the terminal, if it eas raining really hard you would get soaked wet through to the skin, then have to sit on a plane for a few hours soaking, this needs addressing, other than that great service,im sure you added a extra £3 per vehicle and dropped people off closer to the terminal they would be happy to pay that , I have recently undergone knee and hip replacement opperations and I found that walk challenging

The process was smooth, we were dropped and collected with little fuss, only a short drive to the parking area.
A very small point would be the drop off area, you drive passed the departure building and need to walk back, it is not too far but seemed strange, also the state of the vehicles we travelled were well worn. All in all a good value service.

Good value parking, fairly close to the airport.
Drop off closer to the terminal would have been better. It was OK as it was not raining, but it would have been an unpleasant walk if it had been raining.

Didnt like the old bus that transfered us to and from the airport. Also had to wait about 25 minutes to be picked up at a non sheltered bus stop (good job it wasnt raining) would be better to be picked up and dropped off outside the airport where there is a bay for this

Efficient shuttle to airport. But the carpark and airport bus stop are both out of the way, and there was a 15 minute wait for the return shuttle. We effectively had to wait for the last people to collect their bags, which is fine from Purple Parking's point of view but an uncomfortable wait in the cold wearing Turkey clothes.

Excellent little car park located in an industrial estate. The key drop off and collection is done automated, you just need to read the instructions fully and not be in an hurry. The transport to the airport is by minibus and is only a short ride. I would certainly use again when flying from Southend.
