Luton Airport welcomes Wind Jet

London Luton Airport has announced that Wind Jet will begin operating at the airport from July 2, 2009, providing travellers the opportunity to fly to Forli, Italy.

The Italian-based airline will provide low-cost flights on a twice weekly basis which can be booked online at www.volawindjet.it.

Simon Harley, airline manager at London Luton Airport, said: "We are delighted to announce the arrival of Wind Jet at London Luton. With the established Italian community in the local area we are confident these flights will be extremely successful.

"Low fares flying continues to make business and leisure travel increasingly accessible to millions of Europeans and the launch of this new service to Forli provides yet more choice for our passengers."
