We are very satisfied. The parking area is well signposted and the instructions are very clear. The staff are very friendly. The process of leaving the car, the transfer to and from the airport, and picking up the car were all very efficient and well organized.

Veryy spacious parking, Easy check in , easy check out. bus stops are also near every parking aisle. The shuttle also runs so frequently. It was the best decision to choose Airparks instead of bothering friends or family or booking expensive cabs. One of the most affordable airport parking. Our tour was so stressfree because of airparks . After return , the shuttle from airport to parking was also so on time . Our experience was lovely .

Easy to book and park. Used self parking. Bus service good. Only one little niggle. Arrived early hours when still dark. Lights were very bright and mounted up very high and dazzled me when making my way to bus stop making it difficult to see where I was going. As car park surface was uneven made it a bit dangerous for unsteady walkers. Could do with some lower level lighting for safer better vision. Would recommend to friends.

Only slight problem was level 3 seemed to be above level 3! And desk should be better sign posted. Although we found it I felt stressed in case I’d got the wrong place. Since the new carpark I expected better signing. More like Stansted.

Very convenient, have used self parking option numerous times now, and will more than likely return, easy to find, don't need nothing extra, everything is automated,park the car and just hop in to the bus, and you are straight at the airport entrance, same with return option- buses are cruising every few minutes, super simple and convenient what else would you need?

Easy park and bus to the airport, on return we were on the road within an hour of landing and at least 20 mins of that was getting through passport control. No hassle at all!

Arrived to drop off my car and the agent greeted me by name which was really appreciated.
Short wait for the transfer bus and then dropped right outside the terminal.
Upon return I had a 7 minute wait for the bus and when I arrived at the car park it literally took 2 minutes to get my key and find my car.
All in all a great service that I will use when I next fly from Luton.

Generally very good . Smooth drop off and excellent key recovery system which made for a speedy return home . Cars were well parked on site and easy to locate.
The airport bus on our return was not at the terminal and we had to wait 15 minutes for it to arrive. Too long .

Airparks drop and go is an easy way to park and get to the airport. It’s an extremely quick drop iff and the transfer buses very frequent. It’s nice to be dropped off and picked up right outside the terminal building. Collecting the car on returning is equally efficient and quick.

Drop off was perfect however collection not so great.
Rang from baggage reclaim as instructed but when we got to the desk no one knew where our car was. Kept getting told it was on its way but after 20 minutes (in the freezing cold) it was discovered to be parked at the other end of the car park and had been there all along.

Short journey time to the airport.
Driver could help with luggage as the space is not very big and the cases have to be stacked up. I was unable to lift them high enough.

Drop off and the shuttle bus to the airport was faultless.
On return we had to wait a fair while for the shuttle bus, I would estimate between 20-25 minutes, the first bus which cane up could not accommodate us so we had to wait for the next one. However It would not deter me from using the service again, all the staff were professional and very helpful.

We dropped the car off and it was there when we landed. The only thing I would say is I rang the number as it said when we landed and there was no answer. Luckily we came straight down and it was there. You only lost 1 mark due to that otherwise perfect.

Used self park for the first time. Well organised on arrival. I was told what lane to park in which saved having to drive around looking for a space. Great pick up and drop off by the friendly driver. The only small thing that could be improved was the car park lighting. I arrived back in the dark, the footpath/road was uneven and the car lane was in darkness. Maybe this could be improved with sensor lighting? But overall i was very happy with the service and cost.

Airparks at Luton.We had to wait for three busses until we got one due to the shear numbers of people queueing at the airport on the way back. Other than that, it was a pretty efficient and more or less automated system. But DON'T lose your code for the key collection! Perhaps this code could also be sent to the customer by email or text as well as being given a tiny sticker. This would cause no extra cost to the company but potentially save a lot of grief.

I travel to Belfast at least once per month and use Maple Parking. However, the customer service experience was shocking on 08.04.2026. I arrived back at approx 21:05 and I called as instructed when I reached the baggage hall 21:11. I didnt get my car until 21:50. No updates, no apology. The car park uses quite small buses, probably because the car park is quite crowded, and you load and unload your luggage into the boot yourself. Always a worry when you can’t see your luggage and others are rummaging in the boot yourself!!

Got charged on arrival an extra £30 for an over sized vehicle even though I had booked a space suitable for the size of the vehicle. The driver of the shuttle bus on the return journey could not be less interested if they tried. They just waited in the bus and left all the passengers to load and unloaded their luggage. Personally not an issue for me but for the less able travellers very poor service

Return to the car park at night the shuttle bus was rammed full of people and cases which was a little uncomfortable but obviously demonstrated the success of this service. Other than that it all went smoothly and I needn’t have worried about it all beforehand.
After the original booking I was inundated with emails offering me a discount on the original price I had paid which was a bit frustrating as didn’t want to have to unpick my original booking.

Check in was quick and simple. Plenty of spaces to park, and a very short queue to hand in the keys. Unlike other places we have used a valet service, there is no automatic photography of your car on entry. Someone must do this after you have dropped off the keys.. All was fine, but had there been an issue we would have to trust the photos had been taken, Collection again was quick and simple, you make a phone call when you have your luggage, pick up your keys and go… The issue here is you have 15 minutes before getting a charge. This is tight and assumes there isn’t a queue waiting for your keys, or getting to the barriers on time. At 3am this was doable, but unlikely at busier times of the day. I was able to unlock the car with my app whilst I was queuing for my wife to load the luggage. I doubt we would have done this in 15 minutes otherwise. This ruins the idea of a relaxed service, turning into into a panic to get out in time - terminal 1 hourly charges are very expensive, and would easily negate the slightly cheaper holiday extras price compared to others.

I’ve used this car park before so had no hesitation booking again - bit of a mistake.
We were told they didn’t allow golf clubs and that ‘this is on the email’. I’m not sure where, and this was not a problem last time.
The storage area was only just big enough to get our clubs in - no help from the driver - but this meant others had to bring their luggage into the bus.
Bearing in mind the number of people who go on both ski and golf holidays Holiday Extras needs to make this clear in the description.
I won’t be using this car park again :(
I’ve used Holiday Extras many times, and may do again, but will also look at other companies next time.

Overall good, but the wait when we came back to UK was too long, and we waited in the 0c temp for over 30 mins. The bus driver then nearly had accident as the park and ride part of your complex was so packed with cars she could not get through on the bus route and nearly struck a parked car. Easy booking and drop-off. The only downside was the delay in catching the bus back to the car park. A bus was waiting, wouldn't let us on and said another was on it's way. It arrived shortly afterwards but then we sat there for 10 mins with the doors closed. The driver didn't let anyone else on from the queue of people that were waiting shortly afterwards and then drove off with just 4 passengers - odd system!

Due to a puncture on the M1 we arrived late. My wife jumped on a bus that was about to leave whilst I booked in and caught the next bus. End result my wife got the plane and I missed it. I had to get the bus back to the car park and return the next day for the next flight. The employee had said if I got back early he would keep the booking open, which he did. A nice touch which I appreciated.

The checkin procedure was good but check out was confusing and there was no good indication on the ticket for where was car parked! The car key was stored in the key safe that was too small and the car key fob with car key was not folded resulting in struggle to take it out!

Excellent service on arrival early morning, plenty of staff apparent. Bus service was excellent. Coming back at 9pm was a little disappointing, no staff apparent so if I'd had a flat battery what would I have done? Also little to no lighting in the car park so it was hard to find the car initially. I would have thought that for security purposes lighting is a must, hopefully cameras are there too but nothing obvious. Camera controlled exits are easy, just drive up and they open, even if they are a little slow to do so. Overall a very good experience and would use the service again but just remember a torch to find your pride and joy.

Generally you did well.
I will suggest to inform your customers when toilets are not in use (this is an important aspect as people can travel for 2-3 hours) and to invest and increase the capacity (at least twice for each gender).
Another aspect was the waiting time at the airport...around 1 am the waiting time for bus was more than 15 minute (around 20 minutes).

Arrival was a bit confusing. We went in the wrong entrance initially which was Park & Drop off keys. But we realised straight away and were guided to the correct entrance. On return from our holiday there was an elderly couple. The bus driver reversed the bus before they had a chance to sit down which resulted in the lady nearly falling over had it not been for a kind gentleman who managed to stop her fall.

It all works smoothly. However on returning we found it hard using the key retrieval system. No /poor lighting meant no one could see to read instructions or their tickets. We couldn’t see the red/blue note on our ticket until e went under a street light in the car park. Also screen instructions were very fast and people were having to repeat their turn to read it all. In the dark we couldn’t see what we were doing. There needs to be better lighting and one assistant to be on hand to direct customers. The only person on duty was in the office but didn’t come out at all. Also the toilets were closed and my husband had to beg to be allowed to use them. It was approx 8.30pm. We always use Airparks and recommend them but these things needs sorting out please asap.

Due to runway repairs all flights had to land before midnight on day of return, something I think airparks should of been aware of.
As a consequence many people arrived at once and we had to wait for two buses to collect us when it was cold and raining
No line ques so mad rush when bus arrived which lead to confrontations with people waiting thankfully not us as I am disabled.
Under circumstances I feel that more buses should of been dispatched to cope with this issue.
However we are holidaying in sept to airparks and as a bluf badge holder and blue light member I may use again but undecided at the moment.

Everything went well apart from one thing. And that is the bus driver seems to be a bit awkward. By the time he arrived and all the passengers came out from the bus ,we walked in and we were like 8-9 people in total . He shut the gate No E then he stood on his chair while a family of 6 members came over trying to get in ,but he decided to shut the bus door. He didn't bother to let them in while he was waiting for another minute or so then he left. I wonder why would you do that ? That family with kids could be us and I definitely wouldn't be happy in this situation despite the weather. This message shouldn't be published on your website. All went smoothly . Driver however did tell us to meet back at bus stop 1 ! Doesn’t exist the bus stops are alphabetical at Luton airport !!

We have used Airparks now for many years and found it good value with an exceptional service from yourselves. However, in looking to book for this coming September for a two week period we found the cost appears to have more than doubled and it is now cheaper to hire a taxi which will take us from door to door. Therefore we are not currently planning on using your services again.

The arrival was great, quick, efficient and very friendly and helpful.
The bus from Luton to retrieve the car was not so good. Unhelpful drivers leaving people standing in dreadful weather on buses not moving and then when another did arrive no communication with people waiting. Dreadful.

Not clear on how to find car on the way back on the ticket. Also, we were waiting in the rain and wind (me and baby) for the bus for 10-15 mins because the first bus was packed. Children and parent should be made priority.

Everything worked really efficiently from arrival at the car park to leaving at the end of our holiday. After dropping off our keys we got the bus and arrived at the airport within twenty minutes. On return a bus was waiting outside the terminal and quickly returned us to the car park where we retrieved our keys and were directed to our car.

It’s a great service used it many times all thr staff at the car park are cheerful and always very helpful … some, not many of the bus drivers are a bit miserable & close the gate when boarding the bus back when it isn’t full & a few times we’ve been unnecessarily left standing in the cold & rain, like last, for the next bus..

Parking was good, however we did wait for the bus for approx. 15 mins to take us to the airport.

Great service to and from the airport. Short wait both ways, less than 5 mins. Speedy check in on arrival.
Make a note of where you park so that you can find your car easily on return particularly if it is dark.

It all went well - I was apprentice after previously booking a taxi with you to an airport that never turned up - however this service went very smoothly.
I would certainly recommend this.

The time from arriving to the drop off at the airport was too long as it took all together 30 min. But arriving back was fantastic and fast.

Dropping off, travel to and from airport were all quite easy.
My only complaint is that you had left my electric car with the temperature and fan turned up the maximum. The remaining range seemed to be a lot lower than when I left it and It's quite difficult to change the climate settings when trying to find the way out of the car park.

Great on the way there
On the way back to the car park, the driver crammed so many people on that I was stood up the whole way, 15 minutes, close to the back of the bus, uo the steps, gripping on for dear life around roundabouts and bad bends, trying my best not to knock someone unconscious with my large backpack

All went perfect on departure day (2nd March) and on return 5th March.
Your guys on the frontline were brilliant.
However, your administration / accounts people are useless.
I have just had to cancel (15mins after i booked) a new car parking reservation. Booking date was tuesday 24th Feb booking ref KLPBSC for £51.52p. It has now been 15 days and still not had a refund. Your chat system is diabolical as it just keeps sending me around in circles ?? Are you going BUST or are you just keeping my money. 3 -5 working days is your promise. Please answer me
