The hotel was easy to find and close to the airport. Room was quiet and comfortable plus the staff were friendly and helpful. No aircon, so could be hot in high summer. The website and confirmation said that the parking was included at the hotel but on arrival we were told that we had to pay. I showed the website details and agreed to cover the charge. Holiday Extras notified me of the parking costs 3 days after we left. Will I be fined?!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently placed for flying from Liverpool. Parking wasn’t quite so easy, you have to hunt around for a space. Pedestrian access routes are not well marked either. However, we would definitely book this package again.

Pleasant hotel although the parking was more expensive then quoted by holiday extra for the Premier Inn. Airport parking within walking distance of airport which was fantastic.

On arrival at the hotel check in was delayed because the booking had not been paid for by HE.

The hotel was awful for food provision and expensive for small portions too. Would not stay here again. Very limited menu. Were offered a take away menu to order in! On return, after our main course, went to order a pudding and were told no longer serving food as the chef had just quit. Breakfast was a shambles. Just couldn't cope with demand. No bowls, no forks. They did put out a tub of plastic forks. Very disappointing.

Parking was OK. But the hotel (Hampton by Hilton, Liverpool Airport) is a shambles. Very, very limited menu (staff member offered take away menus to order in), expensive and small portioned food. Breakfast was poor, ie., plain cheap white bread for toast. Cooked food in short supply, cooking small batches for large demand of guests. Wouldn't stay here again, very disappointing. On return, it's expensive at £114 for 1 night. Just had a main course and waited ages for it. Went to order a pudding (they only have 2 plus ice cream) and manager says "I'm sorry we've had to stop serving food (7.15pm meant to serve till 9pm, bearing in mind it's the only on airport hotel) as the chef has just walked out a few minutes ago". Who knows if there'll be anything cooked for breakfast. In room tea/coffee making poor. Wooden sticks, no spoons. Only 2 teabags and 4 coffees and 4 milks. You need 2 milks per mug to colour it.

Excellent trip, all went smoothly, parked the car, number plate recognition worked perfectly. The hotel worked out fine on our return. We’d definitely recommend Holiday Extras.

The staff were very helpful. The room was of a high standard. The only problem was that they were having trouble with the freezer so the menu was very limited. It was dealt with in a perfectly acceptable way.

Couldn’t work the parking machine at Premier Inn and receptionist just said it’s like that at times, it ended up taking two payments for one nights stayoff our card . Not Happy at all
