What if I no longer need the cover after I've booked it?

When you booking travel insurance with us, you get a 14-day cooling off period, starting from the date you receive your travel insurance documents. This allows you to cancel your policy for a full refund, provided your trip hasn't begun, and you haven't made or plan to make any claims. To do this, simply ring us on 0800 083 0591.
