Just the bus wait and then drive from the terminal to the car was so painful. Would get a taxi if there was that option. We just wanted to go home but waited 20 minutes for the bus then drove round from North to south then to the car park! Too painful

Easy to book and so straightforward when you get there, just park the car outside the offices, hand in your key and you get a unique reference with all the details you need for coming back, get on the bus and it drops you at the terminal. It was so stress free.

only negative was on arrival it wasn't really meet and greet we parked up and then had to find someone to hand key over to who wasn't very helpful.
On our return we phoned after baggage collection was told to go to orange level 1 and again had to look around to find someone , however vehicle was dropped of promptly. Odd both front seats had been adjusted as if people had been sat in them in the reclined position

The return instructions could have been clearer. We were told to retrun to Orangae Cra park 3 to the same location we droppedr the car off at. We retruned to Orange car park level 3. We did not realize that the '3' referred to the car park since when you drive in there is no mention of a car park number. After three weeks we did not remember which level the drop of was on and had to call again to clarify. It would have been easy for the person giving the instruction of return to orange car 3 level 1 and not rely on the fact that someone is going to remember the level. The ticket provided does not give instructions but a tel number with the message that instructions will be provided so the returner is relying on that. It would be possible I am sure to go back to your website and find more detail, but why not have the call handler add a couple of words to his description with the level number to make it idiot proof? after 3 weeks.

I have parked at Charlwood many, many times and although it is not the closest to the airport - the buses are every 20 mins and take 10 mins to get there. It is super easy to drop the car off, check in and jump on a bus. Everyone is very friendly and I feel very safe, as I often travel on my own.

The people at Purple Parking are always so cheerful and accommodating. We have had excellent service several times when we parked at Gatwick. I always add delayed flight cover as a few of our return flights have been significantly delayed. I'd happily use Purple Parking each time we fly from Gatwick. ??????????

Staff at Cophall were efficient, a shuttle bus was waiting when we dropped our car off. On return the wait for the bus was not too long, so overall a satisfactory experience. Would use again.

The bus took over 20 minutes to arrive and the journey back to the car park was painful. The seal along the window constantly rattled and due to roadworks it took an eternity to get back to the car park. I appreciate the roadworks were out of your control though.

Everyone we met from APH was friendly and helpful. The bus driver picked up our cases and took them down when we arrived, the transit was quick and comfortable and we didn't have to wait. On the return transit we waited maybe 3 minutes for the bus, and again the driver was very friendly and put our cases on the bus. Our car was ready and waiting in a convenient location and off we went. Y try he site is very well signposted and easy to find. Good price and the buses are more frequent than the competition. Thoroughly recommend

I booked parking and lounge through yourselves and was dismayed to find that the lounge did not know about the booking,we were only let in because the parking ref number also said lounge included.
After some discussion we were admitted so I would advise anyone in future to book parking and lounge separately on your site.

There used to be toilets there ...? But although I didn't need them this time,where I thought they was there from last time now has staff only sign on so not sure if there are any at all ? If took 3 hours on our journey to APH....I managed to hold on this time but what about next time? But as always the service from APH is great and use Gatwick because of APH...see you again soon APH..

The only negative point: Instructions to the car park were a little unclear. It stated turn left at the first roundabout but it should have been the 2nd. Everything else was good.

Booking, instructions etc, all went really well. The only thing I would say to improve your service, is to either text, or email the receipt after dropping the car off. I couldn't find the ticket, I put it in a safe place, so good, I couldn't remember where I put it. I did find it when I got home, but tbh it's a very small and doesn't stand out. If you text the receipt, either as well, or instead, it would be so much easier for people to find and everyone has a phone.

Only reason it wasn't a ten is the walk from airport exit to the bus stop.
This seems a lot further than the equivalent stop at Heathrow.
Parking was amazingly simple, secure, easy to find and can I say the ladies in the office were polite and effective. Lovely bus drivers and helpful.

I had a tight morning flight where I couldn't leave earlier due to opening of childcare and read one moany review that almost put me off but I'm glad I went ahead as it was an amazing service. Totally stress free. From moment I arrived in South Terminal, they were able to address me by name and just made everything so smooth. Much less stressful than worrying if your Uber will turn up.

Their reception was friendly, efficient and also very sympathetic when we arrived back (shortly after leaving them ) we have no complaints about their service to us. In fact we are booked in again with holiday extras in May, when we are off to Cape Verde. We were just a little disappointed that you found it fit not to offer a refund / credit note for the weeks booking we had paid for, but only used for the couple of hours that we used them for..

All was excellent. I hadn't twigged I'd have to leave my keys so I was sceptical, fortunately everything went well and a bus was already waiting by the kiosk.
Returning after dark was another matter, I waited at the number 6 bus stop for a few minutes when a paked bus from behind three others pulled out and drove right past me. Very annoying as it was extremely cold after a ten hour flight.
Finally at the kiosk the process was fast and my car was parked just yards away.

Booking straightforward, instructions clear. Was able to switch car registration after booking. Drop off fine. Delays on return flight & baggage reclaim meant we were delayed over 6 hours, taking us to well after midnight. Called them just to be sure and they assured us it was fine, just turn up when we could. No suggestion of extra charge (though their T&Cs would allow it).
A couple of minutes extra walk compared to the airport valet, but a better price.

You need better info and signage as to which multistorey car park to leave the car in. There was a sign to valet parking which I assumed meant what I had booked but when I got into that car park was told it was the wrong one. They sent me to a different car park which had no sign that it was the right one and no indication which floor to go to. Once we got there, everything was fine. We had to wait a little while for our car on the return but nothing too extreme although there seem to be a lot of people waiting.

Only issue is the sign post to the actual carpark the post code provided doesn't get you to the car park. I was using Waze's which took us to about 400metres from the entrance. Very efficient and easy on the way out. Very busy on the way back as waiting a while for the bus and many flights landed at same time. This meant a bit of a squeeze on the transfer bus with a few unhappy fellow customers who weren't happy with this situation and some were unable to board the bus. Company should anticipate this and put on more regular buses during busy landing times in future.

Easy to find right up to point in front of Sofitel where a more prominent sign to turn right would be helpful. Drop off staff suggested picking up return at south terminal short stay car park which was very convenient although took a little wait for car to be delivered after clearing bag collection. Nevertheless, a good and convenient service at a competitive price which I will certainly use again.

It is a bit far from the airport and transfer bus is full pack. Some customers could not get in and have to wait next one(10min wait?)

Calling the parking company 10 mins before arrival can be tricky, we called From the roundabout at the M23 and arrived at the south terminal drop off point in about 5 mins so needed to wait for a driver probably about 10 mins so take care with a young family.

Car was collected within 5 mins of arriving at North Terminal, Gatwick & when we returned having phoned car was outside Premier Inn within 5 mins. First class service, staff are very professional and friendly. Have used company for many years & never had an issue.
