Butterfly Business Meet and Greet Parking means you’ll get met by a Butterfly driver and have your car parked and washed for for you. There's no waiting around with Butterfly Business Meet & Greet. You'll get your car cleaned as part of the price too!

Need to know

Call the car park when you're about 20 minutes away to let them know you're on your way. This is important as if your car spends too long at the car park you may receive a fine.

Once you arrive at the airport, drive to the On-site car park (previously the Long Stay). You'll get to a barrier where you need to take a ticket. Drive in and park in a space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you and take your keys and the ticket.

Unload your luggage and walk to check-in, a 3-5 minute walk away.

While you're away Europecar will clean your car inside and out.

After you've landed in the UK, call Butterfly to let them know you're back. Pick up your luggage and walk to the On-site car park again where a driver will meet you with your car.

You'll receive a ticket so you can exit the car park - you'll need to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If it leaves within 30 minutes, you'll need to pay £8.00. After this it's £5.00 for every 5 minutes.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

Security

While you're away your car will be at a secured Park Mark awarded site.

The small print

Please note from 6th January 2020 - 30th April 2020 the Western entrance of the car park where you drop your vehicle will be inaccessible due to a road closure. Customers are asked to access the car park via the Eastern entrance. Instead of taking the Connaught Bridge to the car park, take the Sir. Steve Redgrave Bridge. You can access the car park via Fishguard way.

This may cause a delay in the car being returned.

The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sunday. You can only drop off your car within these times. You cannot drop off or collect your car on Saturdays as the car park is closed.

There is a height restriction of 2m and width restriction of 2.5m at the car park.

Your car must be in legal roadworthy condition with full insurance, road tax and MOT otherwise you may be liable for extra costs paid by the car park.

On your return you'll need to show your booking confirmation, ticket and pay any parking charges or Butterfly may not be able to return your car to you. You must report any damage to your vehicle before you leave.

You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee. It's important that you call Butterfly 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to avoid any extra charges.

EXIT FEES:

On your return you'll need to pay an exit fee to leave the car park. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If it leaves within 30 minutes, you'll need to pay £8.00. After this it's £5.00 for every 5 minutes.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
