Getting to the airport
The Airport Inn is on Altrincham road, just across the river from the runway, within 13 minutes of Manchester airport.
To get to the airport you'll need to take a taxi. For a standard car it costs around £15 to £17 each way. Taxis run 24 hours and take around 10 minutes.
Check in from 2pm. Check out by 11am.
Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is £5 if you need it.
This package doesn't include parking while you're away. For parking for the whole of your trip search for airport hotels with parking instead.
Rooms
Guests say rooms are practical, bright and well decorated, although a little on the small side. Upgrade to an executive room for £20, offering a more spacious room and updated decor.

Restaurant
The Terrace Restaurant reopens on 1st January 2021 and serves a variety of dishes from an a-la-carte menu. It usually costs £29.99 per person for a 2-course meal, but it'll only cost you £15 each for 3 courses if you book the dinner add-on through us. There is also a kids' menu available. Guests' say the food is generally good but can be a little pricey.

The restaurant offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, they recommend you contact them before you stay to discuss this with them.
Bars
There are 2 bars at The Airport Inn:
The Terrace bar is in the restaurant and offers a range of beers, wines and spirits. They also offer light meals and snacks until 10pm.
The Club Motivation lounge and bar looks out over the pool area, offering a wide selection of hot and cold drinks to enjoy in a comfortable seating area.

Breakfast
Continental breakfast is available and is served in the hotel's restaurant. You can expect all the typical items, as well as teas, coffees and juices.
On 1st January 2021 a hot buffet breakfast will be available to book, which will include all of the continental choices too.

Full English: 7am - 9.30am weekdays and 8am - 10.30am at weekends.

Airport Inn with parking at Long Stay T1 and T3
On the day of your stay:
- Drive to the hotel's car park and park overnight - your confirmation email will include driving directions and a postcode for satnavs.
- Check in is from 14:00 - park your car and head inside to check in.
- You'll need to make sure you put your car's registration number into the hotel's system at reception, otherwise you'll end up with a parking fine. Overnight parking at the hotel costs £5.
Getting from the hotel to the airport:
- Head to the Long Stay T1 & T3 car park (directions will be on your confirmation).
- Drive up to the barrier, which will recognise your number plate and rise automatically - you can keep your car keys.
- Take the shuttle to the terminal. It takes 5-10 minutes and runs every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day.
Coming home:
Collect your luggage and catch the transfer bus back to the car park. Collect your car, drive to the barrier and it will lift automatically.

Book your taxi to the airport with reception for the next morning. You'll need to choose a time slot - the hotel staff will give you a ticket with return details on it.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
From May 1st 2022, the hotel's transfer service will resume. A single trip costs £10 per adult and £8 per child. A return trip costs £14 per adult and £10 per child.
