We are here to help

Our team is ready to help in any way we can - the easiest way to reach us is by live chat (check our opening times). Or if something has gone wrong and you'd like to give us some feedback, get in touch with our dedicated customer team and we'll look into it for you.

We've worked hard on our flexibility and introduced FLEXTRAS - if you buy your holiday extras from Holiday Extras, you'll be getting the most flexible terms anywhere. We're also investing heavily in our app with a big focus on HEHA! - The Holiday Extras Holiday Assistant which makes it even easier and even faster to search, book and save.

You're welcome to email me about anything at all - ideas, suggestions and feedback. I read every email and will make sure your query is swiftly actioned with the right people. If needed I'll follow up in person too.

Thanks for choosing Holiday Extras. Wishing you safe and happy travels.

Stephen Prati

Associate Director - BookFlowGo (Parkspace)

I joined Chauntry Parkspace in 2011 and became part of the Holiday Extras Group when they acquired Chauntry in 2017. Over the years, I've held various roles, from Account Manager to Head of Product (with a few others in between). Each role has equipped me with the skills and knowledge I now use in my current role as Associate Director of BookFlowGo (Parkspace)

Life before Holiday Extras

I've been involved in the parking industry since 1998. Before joining Chauntry, I worked for NCP, a former Chauntry customer. This unique experience -being both a customer and supplier - has been incredibly valuable in my current role.

Life outside Holiday Extras

I'm married to Pam and we have two wonderful daughters, Freya and Willow. When I'm not playing taxi driver for my daughters or watching them perform on stage at their performing arts school, I'm usually watching some kind of sport. I'm a big Nottingham Forest fan, which basically qualifies me for an honorary degree in optimism and perseverance. During GAA season, you can find me at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, cheering for Cork in hurling and football.

Favourite places

It's hard to pick just one favourite holiday spot, as I've been fortunate to travel to many incredible places. A few standouts:

  • Washington DC for its rich history and amazing museums. I also had the unique experience of watching Nottingham Forest play there during their only US pre-season tour. (Just before they got relegated—total coincidence, I take no blame!)<.li>
  • Maui for its perfect balance of relaxation and scuba diving. The beaches and underwater life are breathtaking.
  • Southwest coast of Ireland—close to home but full of beautiful towns and beaches (even when it's not raining).
