Mark Smith

Board Director with extensive executive, non-executive and Chairman experience
Mark Smith is a chartered accountant who qualified with Touche Ross (now Deloitte). He spent two years as European Finance Director of RCA records, followed by two years as Finance Director of the Good Relations Group plc until it was taken over by Lowe Howard-Spink and Bell.
Mark was then one of five founders of Chime Communications plc, the marketing services and sports marketing business, and was instrumental in growing that business both organically and by acquisition until it was acquired by private equity in 2015 for £375 million.
He is also a non-executive Director of Dods Group plc and non-executive Chairman of TPXimpact Holdings plc.
Life outside of work
Mark is very active and loves sport. He has a "great wife" and six children.
