Life before Holiday Extras
After studying History of Art at UCL and gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law, my career took me into the worlds of art and architecture, managing operations for some of the most renowned names in their fields. At David Zwirner Gallery, I supported rapid growth and cross-jurisdictional expansion, while at David Chipperfield Architects, I led a transformative strategy that doubled revenue and created a more inclusive and collaborative culture.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for embedding leading edge technology to make businesses smarter and more efficient, while ensuring people remain at the heart of the process. These experiences inspired my drive to help businesses thrive through transformation and innovation, and prompted my curiosity for the power of AI to enable change and advancement.

Why HX
HX stands out as a company that really walks the talk when it comes to values and culture. I was drawn to its forward-thinking vision of using AI to enhance not just operations but how people feel empowered to work smarter. HX's focus on collaboration and transparency aligns perfectly with what I've been passionate about throughout my career.

Life outside HX
Outside work, I love spending time with my family exploring the Kent countryside and time with extended family in France. We also own a small vineyard (possibly the daftest 'lock down purchase') cultivating 3,000 biodynamic vines (and yes, enjoying the results too!), supporting a young wine maker, Sophie Evans.
What/where's your favourite place and why?
Australia has to be a favorite. As a fully paid up citizen and lucky enough to have a big family on the other side of the globe, it's a treat to visit. Oz has it all – breathtaking landscapes, incredible food and wine, and the best beaches. I love how you can go from vibrant cities like Sydney to the serenity of the hinterland in just a few hours.
What's your perfect hassle-free holiday and why?
For me, a perfect holiday starts with a seamless airport experience – no stress, no queues, just straight to the good stuff. Once I'm there I like a stress free arrival (especially with jet lag) and a reliable transfer to get me to where I need to be. Then I enjoy good food, good wine, and plenty of time to unwind and explore.

What's your favourite value and why?
Being Courageous really resonates with me. Whether it's leading a big cultural shift or trying something completely new, I believe in stepping forward with confidence – even when it feels daunting. It's about doing the right thing, even when it's hard, and bringing others along with you.
Interesting fact
There's more to biodynamic viticulture than meets the eye. We've learned it's a hands-on way to combine a love for nature, sustainability, and a real challenge!
