Customers with Flextras: Free cancellations bookings can cancel any time up to the booked day and time of travel.
Flextras: Saver customers can cancel for a voucher to use with the same product.

Flooding in Mallorca and Menorca
Severe rains in both Mallorca and Menorca on Wednesday and Thursday caused flooding and delays to travel, including disruptions at Palma de Majorca airport. As of Monday international flights are taking off and landing as planned with minor disruptions, but domestic flights appear to be disrupted.
Eruption of Mount Etna disrupting flights to Sicily
Mount Etna is active, temporarily disrupting flights to Catania airport in Sicily. As of Monday most flights are taking off and landing at the airport, but there are some disruptions and delays.
Greek wildfires
Wildfires broke out to the north of Athens earlier this week. Greek authorities now say there are no longer any active wildfires in the Athens area. Much of Greece remains on high alert due to the combination of hot, dry weather and strong winds, but the immediate emergency in and around Athens has been brought under control. Travellers to Greece should still be able to carry out their plans as normal.
Easyjet strikes have come to an end
An Easyjet cabin crew strike affecting flights to Portugal came to an end on Sunday 18th August.
Typhoon Ampil disrupted travel to and within Tokyo
On Friday 16th August flights, train and other travel to and within Tokyo experienced dispruptions due to Typhoon Ampil.
