Had a few issues in the beginning as we had double booked our transfer. Entirely my own fault and you guys actually emailed me to check if we'd made a mistake. It then took us several days to cancel one of the transfers as we were unable to do it online and it's near impossible to speak to anyone. The problem was eventually resolved and we were able to cancel one transfer and get a credit. The transfer itself was excellent. The driver was waiting for us as we came through arrivals and took us over to his shiny minibus so it all ended happily and we will use the service again.

The transfer went to plan. Was very easy got to the arrival airport went to the desk as told went outside waited 10 minutes then our transport arrived and took us to our hotel. Was a bit worried about the return transfer hoping the transport would turn up Was told it would arrive 3hrs before our flight time and to be fair it did arrive about 3hrs and 15mins before our flight so arrived at the airport in plenty of time. The only thing I think could have been improved it would have been nice to receive an email confirming our return transport time just to give peace of mind. But was very satisfied with everything and will definitely book again.
