Do I have to pay in full when I book?

Yes, we always take full payment when you book your parking. Don't worry if you think you might change your mind, just take out our cancellation insurance and, as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling, you'll get a full refund.

Will I get a receipt with my booking?

Yes, when you've finished booking we'll send you an email confirmation which displays the price of your booking and the last four digits of the card you paid with. If you print this out you've got a receipt.

How do I amend my booking?

It couldn't be easier, just contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What happens if my flight's delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?

This isn't a problem at all. Any additional days will be charged at the car park's standard rate and you can pay on site when you get back.
