Didn’t realise the hearing meant a little electric heater. But it did the job. Also the bathroom was soooo small. Couldn’t move in shower without shower curtain sticking to you. Least it had a kettle and microwave downstairs to use. For the price we paid with parking, you get what you paid for, the car was safe so that’s the main thing

Holiday Inn Express was a very bad experience and nothing like our previous stays in other airport hotels. We had no hot water and the answer to our complaint from reception was ‘ have you turned the hot tap on ‘. which added insult to injury- now they think their guests cannot use a basin or shower tap !!! What sort of travellers hotel cannot provide hot water for a wash or shower. If your bags are heavy the ground floor rooms are also a bad choice with no ramps but many stairs as it is on varied levels ... All in all never again and a waste of our money

We were advised to book this hotel after our first hotel cancelled. There was no transport to the terminal as required, had to book a expensive taxi, the room was very hot with a smelly aircon trying to cool it, the restaurant menu was reduced to minimal expensive food, the bar was literally covered in tin foil, serving no drinks other than bottled, and staff couldn't be bothered. Covid is not an excuse for poor service and reduced service. Other places, (pub down the road) were great

The hotel facilities were as described, it was very good value for money. Close to the airport parking. Restaurant food was good, had a slight issue with the service (order was not put through system so had a long wait). However we were compensated with free drinks.

Working within COVID rules. They were serving meals from a limited menu in the bar, did very well considering how few residents yet still able to offer choices. The pod to T5 wasn’t working, again due to reduction in numbers travelling (not owned by the thistle) but staff were able to book us a taxi to take us to the terminal.

We booked an overnight stay at the Sheraton Heathrow in Harmondsworth with 14 days extra parking at the hotel for our holiday to Corfu. We've used Holiday Extras several times before and never had a problem and this hotel was a replacement for our original choice - the Hilton at T5 [as that was still closed for Covid !] What a result ! Great hotel in a great location. Very clean, comfortable and quiet - thanks to Covid ! - but we would definitely stay there again

The Sheraton Heathrow was a lovely hotel to stay at prior to our flight to Dubai. Close to Terminal 2 and an excellent taxi service tied to the Sheraton. COVID precautions were excellent, room very clean and the food available was very good.

Hotel at Heathrow, Hilton at T5 was good and parking very convenient. One bad comment to make. The hopper bus didn't turn up at the time we wanted to leave the hotel to go to T4. The next bus did arrive but 10 mins behind schedule. The driver told us that the earlier driver often missed out hotels on his run and that despite numerous complaints the management don't take any action. We were 40 mins late checking in as a result, which is stupid because the whole point of staying at the hotel was to 'guarantee' being on time.

Got an upgraded room but most of the hotel facilities were closed due to the restrictions. However we were disappointed not to be allowed access to the club room despite the hotel having barely any guests. However the staff were friendly and the room was nice.

Your information was not upto date it said there was a walkway into terminal 4 and then a train the walk way was closed I would not have booked this hotel if i had known that. Fortunately the buses were running well. the hotel itself was ok and parking ok.

Hotel was easy to find, walking distance from the terminal. The food and drinks were fine, not too expensive. The room was what was needed and gave us a good night's sleep before a very long flight to the Far East the next day.

Meet and greet with hotel stay was for terminal 4 as advertised on your website.However when I contacted Heathrow airport they advised me this terminal was closed and only terminals 2 and 5 were open.Telephoned meet and greet company who told me to park in hotel car park on night of stay before flight next morning and we wouldn’t be charged for hotel parking and was told our booking would be amended to arrival at meet and greet fro 4 am that morning.On the day we were travelling to hotel had a phone call from meet and greet people because we had not arrived by 2.30 pm as on original booking.That person said he would amend booking fro new arrival time.I was told there is only 1 car park at terminal 5 so easy to find however there are 2car parks short stay and long stay which caused us anxiety at 4am in the morning to establish correct car park.When we arrived at the hotel we were told we would have to pay for parking overnight at hotel contrary to previous advice.When we finally arrived at meet and greet there was no paperwork at the desk of our booking!!!! This resulted in further delay whilst the person completed the necessary paperwork manually.When we returned to Heathrow the following week and our car was brought to us the radio on our car had at least 1radio station to our list of stations and the volume excessive,the air conditioning had been altered to a very high temperature.In no circumstances should our car have been altered In such a wayThe whole experience was one of a completely unsatisfactory nature and we were totally disappointed with this shabby service.We will be writing separately to express our concerns and request for compensation as the product advertised on your website was far from our experience..and all this for a “loyal customer “ as described in various emails I have received from Holidays extra.com

The Premier Inn was faultless (as always). The parking felt a little disorganised. We followed the instructions to call as recommended but each time were asked to call back at a different time. This meant a wait to collect our car upon arrival which wasn’t too lengthy but had they followed their own instructions would have been avoided. Not impressed with the parking but the hotel was excellent.

Weeks ago I tried to contact someone to cancel because of Covid. The only response was automated and was a blank cannot cancel. There was no way of talking to anyone. Under the circumstances a little leeway would have been in order which the others involved in my holiday gave me. Totally disappointed with you all.
