Friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Small but adequate room with capsule bathroom. However, we had a ground floor room and were unwilling to open the bedroom window . The bed was right up under the window and without air-con the room was uncomfortably hot, so it was difficult to sleep. Very convenient for early check-in at T2.

Car park was called to amend the time - They confirmed 3am drop off - I called and called and finally at 4am they turned up and denied all knowledge of the change - they wouldn’t help and were rude and unsympathetic and not Interested at all in helping.

You were horrendously expensive, and messed up our booking so that it turned out even more expensive. We had to wait over 25 minutes for our car to be returned so “meet and greet” turned out to be “hang around and greet”. Disappointing!

No. Things did not go smoothly and the service was not as described. The Joppa buses do not run until 11:30. They run until such a time as the driver decides they don’t want to make any more trips. My parents were left at the airport and had to find and pay for their own taxi, even though they had already paid for their hoppa passes in advance. Customer service is also terrible. An automated email response stated that it would likely take 30 days for anyone to get back to me. Won’t be using again and will be advising others not to.

Car was returned covered in aviation fuel or similar in spite of being driven a total of six miles. Hotel was as expected Lounge facilities were less than basic and, therefore, exceedingly over priced.

We booked the meet and greet, the car was picked up from the Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4 successfully. At the reception desk our booking couldn’t be found even when we showed the confirmation on our telephone we were not reassured that our booking would be accepted. The Customer Service from the hotel reception staff was appalling with no feedback to ourselves what so ever. We were left waiting for 45 minutes to then be told that they had booked us in. In morning at 5:00am a taxi was waiting and on checking out we were asked to pay the full cost of the room. We had to go through the whole scenario again with a new member of staff until it was resolved for the 2nd time. We would never book that hotel again.

The hotel was disgraceful, shabby fixture and fittings dirty crockery and staff who couldn’t have cared less when I complained to the waiter about dirty crockery he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders

Very unhappy with the service we received, or more like lack of service! We booked a hotel with parking near T3 at Heathrow. After a long day at work and then a 2 and a half hour drive to Heathrow we arrived at the Novotel to find it full of immigrants! No one had informed us that this was the case and we had been moved to another hotel. When we arrived at the next hotel (Marriot Courtyard) I checked we had a booking for the parking as they didn't appear to have many parking spaces. The answer was no, I had to take my car back to the Novotel to park it while we were away! If you had contacted me to re-arrange the hotel I would have been quite happy but you made absolutely no attempt to let me know of the changes. Unlikely to use holiday Extras again.

Had to have hotel changed at last minute which was an inconvenience but ok. Car parking remained as before which wasn’t initially clear. Sent to a Marriott which was very good. Ok dropping off car but a 20” wait for return of vehicle.

Only one restaurant in hotel, which was fully booked. Poor sound insulation in rooms led to very poor nights sleep. Given incorrect information by hotel regarding shuttle bus to the terminal, which nearly resulted in missing out flight.

Our stay at the airport Hotel went smoothly, the booking process was easy and an absolute bargain because we booked early in advance. The facilities were as described although the building is shared with a separate hotel. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and modern

We had an issue because our plane arrived late at night and all the trains were not working at that time so we had to take a taxi to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was great, big room big bathroom super clean. The next morning it was very easy to get back to the airport. Definitely will recommend it.

Excellent Hilton T4 hotel, have stayed twice now. We like that you can park in their car park and keep your keys. Staff at the hotel were more than helpful, helping us with luggage & finding a good parking spot. We had a meal in the evening and this was very tasty & good value for an airport hotel in our opinion.

Completed booking with correct dates. Only for booking confirmation to have wrong dates. Didn’t notice this until closer to my travel date. Got in touch and told I couldn’t transfer existing booking to new dates due to availability. So cancelled/refunded. To then be given the option to book the exact same booking to new dates. Only for confirmation to be wrong dates again. System doesn’t work and rip customers off. Won’t use again

I was told to park in a certain area and then a uniformed and badged person would approach me. No so. We waited and waited but no one in uniform at all. Lots of people in yellow vests but nothing to identify themselves. I finally went to kiosk area bear the lift and asked for help. A man with limited English language skills get shouting at me until we managed to work out he was asking for my name. I handed my keys over and he gave me a card with details for when I returned. Not at all as advertised when I booked. Hotel was overpriced and the added an 'optional' 12.5% tip without being given the option. Optional means you can choose. I certainly wouldn't have chosen if asked first. Rip off.

I have just received a Parking Charge Notice for my 'Stay with Parking' at the Marriott Hotel at Heathrow. I am attempting to resolve this but it indicates a failure in co-ordination between yourselves and the hotel and the parking company. Needless to say this is taking time.

The hotel was good but the meet and greet was appalling. Why ask for you return flight number and time of arrival when they only go for your vehicle when you call after going through baggage reclaim. We waited over half an hour for our car to be delivered. It would have been quicker to use the long term car park and catch the bus. An extremely poor service. Not recommended,
