The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, accommodation and dinner very good. The car was still in good condition when we collected it after two weeks in the hotel car park. The only down downside was that the airport shuttle bus does not call there.

I have just received a Parking Charge Notice for my 'Stay with Parking' at the Marriott Hotel at Heathrow. I am attempting to resolve this but it indicates a failure in co-ordination between yourselves and the hotel and the parking company. Needless to say this is taking time.

Wi-Fi not accessible in room without paying an exorbitant charge. Using public areas in these covid times is just not acceptable.

Nice hotel. Comfortable room. Small car park. Hotel Hoppa does not call here although Holiday Extras website says that it does. Had to get a taxi to airport at additional cost.
