Getting to the airport

The Moxy Aberdeen is just off the A90 and is a minute drive away from Airparks Express.

A postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

This package includes parking at Airparks Express for the duration of your trip.

Park in the hotel's car park overnight. Overnight parking at the hotel is £5 per 24 hours. Just register your details at check-in.

In the morning, drive to Airparks Express. When you get to the car park, the ANPR system will recognise your car reg and the barrier will lift to let you in.

Park in an available bay and make a note of where you've parked. We advise that you park nose first into the bay to allow easy access to your boot and luggage. Keep your keys and make your way to the airport – it's a 5-minute walk.

If you have an electric vehicle, you can upgrade to add a full vehicle charge on the next page. If you choose this option, you'll need to leave your car keys for the team to charge it while you're away.

The car park holds the Park Mark award and is secured by:

When you get back, find your car and drive towards the exit. The ANPR system will recognise your car reg and the barrier will lift, allowing you to exit.

The bar is open 24 hours a day.

Moxy Bar – 6am to 10am

A continental breakfast with a selection of hot items is served in the Moxy Bar. Breakfast costs £12.50.

If you just want something quick, you can also buy a coffee and croissant.

Things to do

The hotel has its own gym which is free for guests to use and you will find lots of games throughout the hotel like a pool table and giant chess in the lobby.

Early or late? If your travel plans change and you have to return early or later than booked call Airparks to let them know. For stays longer than you've booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 9 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
