This page is to help our customers affected by that power outage, and should tell you the quickest and easiest ways to get help with your Holiday Extras booking.
If your booking with us has been affected
If you had booking with us for any of the following products:
- Long Stay
- Multi-Storey
- Jet Parks
- Mid Stay
- Short Stay
- Drop & Go
- Official Meet and Greet (all terminals)
- Fast Track
- Escape Lounges T1, T2 & T3
- 1903 Lounge
If you had a parking booking with us for any of the products listed above, and your booking was affected by the power outage at Manchester so you were unable to use your booking, please contact us using this form and we will process a full refund.
Even if you used part of your parking booking, and only discovered your flight was cancelled after you'd left your car, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us using this form and we will process your refund.
If you had a booking with us for a product not listed above, and you were not able to use that booking because of the power outage, please contact us ans we may be able to contact the supplier on your behalf and ask for an exception to be made to their normal terms and conditions.
If you need to change or amend your booking
If you had a parking booking with us for any product and your flight has moved, you may need to change the dates of your parking.
If your parking booking hasn't started yet, you can do this yourself on our website or via our app.
If your parking booking has already started and your flights have moved, it's not possible to move that booking yourself. Please tell us you'd like to cancel your original booking - you can do so via this form. We will refund you original booking. If you'd then like to make a new booking for your new flights, you can make a new parking booking here.
If you have been delayed overseas
If your flights home have been delayed or changed, and you have a parking booking with us, you will not be charged for any extra time you are parked.
There is no need to contact us to let us know.
