Can I upgrade my room?

When you choose a hotel for your stay, if an upgrade is available, you'll find it on the 'recommended extras' page where you can add it to your booking.

If you've already completed your booking, go to Your trips and bookings, tap on the one you want to upgrade and look for 'Add money-saving extras' in the 'Make a change to my booking' section. Any extras you add will be charged to the card you originally paid with.

Sometimes upgrades might not be available for your booking, but you can always check with the hotel when you arrive.
